GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: Research and identify a global or local company that employs at least one (1)
of the discussed sustainable practices – Corporate, Social, or Environmental Sustainability. Incorporate
the following guidelines in your research:

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT PAPER OUTLINE

Follow the suggested outline below in completing the written output:

I. Company Background
 History. It must include the organization's current mission, vision, objectives, and policies.
II. Corporate Social Responsibility
 The sustainable practice of the selected company related to the “Triple Bottom Line”
(TBL). (Refer to Page 1 of 03 Handout 1)
III. Corporate Governance
 A brief assessment of the corporate governance initiatives of the selected company.
(Refer to Page 2 of 03 Handout 1)
IV. Management Lessons Learned
 It must discuss the takeaways from the research.
V. Bibliography
a. This section must present all the references to accomplish the strategic management
paper. The entire paper must follow the official writing style of the American
Psychological Association (APA).
