Company Background

Balay Pinoy was created last January 8, 2023 owned by four young
entrepreneurs Jeraldine Roldan, Jeshua Item, Jaztyn Jane Alicante and Christiane
Angel Vicencio. It is a restaurant experience that is of a higher quality and greater
formality compared to the experience at a casual dining restaurant. The atmosphere of
a fine dining establishment is usually more elegant, and the food is served in a more
formal way. We know that it will be challenging for us to compete with the existing fine
restaurant along Quezon city but we know we have an advantages to serve our
products in a different way that the costumer wants. Our capital comes from the owner’s
savings and loans through banks. The four young entrepreneurs came from same
university and same industry.

Logo

The Bahay Kubo is a Philippine icon and it represents the Filipino culture. Bahay
Kubo is built using local materials such as wood, bamboo and nipa grass. The sun that
always reminding us that always be positive in life, and the coconut tree, for Filipinos it
means "The Tree of life" and also represents of relaxation. Our logo also represents that
our meals are "lutong bahay" or Filipino food and also refreshing drinks that are
naturally made.

The mission of Balay Pinoy aims to be recognized as serve the best tasting
Filipino food, to grow business consistently through a positive relationship with the
customers to gain their satisfaction, with high quality that is offered to the customers at
a reasonable and satisfying meal.

The vision of Balay Pinoy aims to be a leading and preferred business by


containing serving with the best tasting, outstanding, and quality Filipino food that every
customer will surely love.
