And I have chosen to apply database as the solution to the company's problems. This system is used
by hundreds of companies to keep records up-to-date and its secure. A formula (outlined above) will

will also need all of the equipment required for the PC to work properly, such as a CPU,
motherboard etc, as none of this will work if the computer as a whole does not. This database will
act as a vehicle location service for someone wishing to obtain details on the availability of certain
models. This way, if the same letter has to be sent to all of Fred’s Car Rentals’ customers, a new
letter need not be typed up for each one. Also I need the database to be more friendly and easy for
me to change the information if I needed to change it. When clicked, the customer form will open
maxmised. The fields are name of game, sale ID, price and console. Obviously, there many types of
computerised solution that one can use and different types of software that can be used to design and
use the package on.
The data contained in these records can then be further manipulated automatically to produce other
useful values that are needed by the business. In this case as a example, name of game, console and
game genre have been selected. This database will contain the membership details of every member
and details of every video in stock and will automatically calculate overdue fees of rentals and can
edit and update the member and video information on demand. Each video needs to be catalogued
and its details stored. This is to save the user a little time having to close the report themselves. Also,
when the customer form closes, the Main menu will automatically open up maximized on the screen.
It does not make much sense to store and manipulate data using a presentation package, as the
package does not have the necessary features to accommodate large volumes of data and manipulate
and query this data to the extent required by the proposed solution. This consistency and uniformity
in form design will speed up the length of time it takes for the users to learn how to use and navigate
the system effectively and efficiently. I want you to implement this system to Fred’s Car Rentals. If
the field is left blank, the program stops you, as below. This package is on both the school computers
and my home computer so it is a convenient choice for me. The data would be entered to a
spreadsheet window. The spreadsheet itself is a grid of rows (going across) and columns (going
down). This is so a degree of uniformity exists between these two elements. If Fred does not agree

accidentally overwritten and the defining of data types to cells or cell groupings that includes date,
currency and percentage data types. I shall also include a printer to print off data capture forms and
other useful items. Again, both need to be used together for it work properly, as otherwise I would
not be able to print my work or I would not know what I was printing. The only problem was the that
computer that I used had a problem and wouldn’t let me open the program Microsoft Excel. No
exotic fonts or attention-diverting backgrounds; just a nice, friendly, unintimidating, unambiguous
menu that serves its purpose. Mr Smith was had all his products and goods analysed precisely. To
open the form you would have to click on the form that you require and open the form that you
need. It was a challenge. Mr Smith was very much obliged and gave me his sales report immediately.
The idea is that the company would have all information saved on these hard drives.the companies'
computers would work in network and all the documents will be saved in the end of every working
day on these hard drives.the hard drives will also operate 24hours a day. This allows only certain
characters to be entered, such as in a postcode, which is made up of two letters, two numbers and
then two letters, you could apply an input mask of LL0 0LL, disallowing any other length or
combination of characters. This enables the user to check at a glance the details of this said rental,
without having to take the time to exit the form and go to the rental form. This causes those
preferences to be a waste of paper and will be hard and time consuming to locate, edit and update it.
This field is linked to the Mileage field in table vehicles, and will be used to update the mileage field
when a vehicle is returned by adding this value to the appropriate vehicle’s mileage. This will open
automatically when the database itself starts up, via the attachment of the macro mcrAutoExec.
When you work with a spreadsheet document, you see the spreadsheet menus. The customisation of
a generic software package involves choosing a suitable package for the project and altering it to
make it suitable for the tasks the user will have to perform, containing all the features that they will
need. A digital camera could be used to take pictures and then download them into the project. In a
many-to-many relationship, many occurrences of an entity in the relationship are linked with many
occurrences of the other entity in the relationship. Because Microsoft Access is relational and it has
lots of extra tools for making the tables, I shall be using Microsoft Access. Taking away the freedom
of the user to enter what they will, by restricting the response to the only two valid ones, means less
data entry errors will be made. This alternative would also include that the company has a working
computer system. Pieces of code can be designed that increase the functionality and flexibility of the
standard user interface, customised appropriately to the system’s unique requirements. Each video
needs to be catalogued and its details stored. I will need a word processing package like MS Word,
Notepad, WordPad and Word Perfect. One formula is attached to the Days Overdue field and it
calculates the number of days the vehicle is overdue from the Date Returned and Date Due Back
fields. This will be done by the store to have 8 digit random numbers issued to every member. This
same menu design will be used for all of the other menus in the database to create a sense of
consistency and familiarity with the user operating the system. I could just look at a car and tell you

Features of Access that I intend to use to design a computerised solution for this project are. The
only exceptions are the ID of the tables which can be changed but then this will affect the whole
system. The contents of current cell, if any, appear in the entry bar. Each form’s Key Preview

need to select the suitable tables for your query- something that needs to be included in the actual
query. As a result, this will be the type of package I will use for this project. This alternative includes
that the company has a working computer system with database making software. The company will
also use some kind of Monitoring as part of the data securing. This causes those preferences to be a
waste of paper and will be hard and time consuming to locate, edit and update it. Please could you
fix these problems and give me the database and I hope I will be able to successfully use it. Because
Microsoft Access is relational and it has lots of extra tools for making the tables, I shall be using
Microsoft Access. A similar macro is used for the buttons “Staff Form”, “Vehicle Form”,
“Manufacturer Form”, “Rentals Form” and “Returns Form”. Another advantage is that because data
is held centrally, it can be readily used by all departments within an organisation as opposed to
belonging to just one section of the company. The backgrounds will be a light shade of blue and the
font used will be plain old Times New Roman with a font size of 12 for familiarity. These foreign
keys link a pupils to a specific family and tutor group. Each member fills out a membership form in
order to join the video shop. I will need a mouse or trackball to design the database forms, to
navigate the GUI of the OS and to move, copy and paste data. Generally, if a person has permission

more tests to make sure that my database was in working order and used a more updated program
because the program I used was Microsoft Excel 97, and I could’ve gotten access to the newer
Microsoft Excel because there might have been improvements to the program and more detail
could’ve been added. This field is linked to the Mileage field in table vehicles, and will be used to
update the mileage field when a vehicle is returned by adding this value to the appropriate vehicle’s
mileage. This type of package can also be used for advertisement materials such as business cards.
This reduces the amount of possible mistakes that can be made, and if an error is made, the user will
detect this as a letter cannot be entered when the input mask requires a digit, and vice versa. This
alternative does cover all the user requirements and it's the most suitable application for this kind of
project. You need to select the suitable tables for your query- something that needs to be included in
the actual query. This includes autoexec macros that run a sequence of pre-specified instructions as
soon as the database is opened, macros that display information in a display box when the user clicks
a button and macros that perform actions such as opening different forms, tables and reports when
clicked. But first, I’ll remind you of the different members of staff within the business. This will be
included in the following fields: Forename, Surname, Town and Country fields in the Customer
form; Forename, Surname, Town, Country, Job Title and Job description fields in the Staff form;
Class Colour and Model fields in the Vehicle Form; and Manufacturer Name, Manufacturer Contact
and Manufacturer description fields in the Manufacturer Form. Is user friendly and can automatically
indicate staff when a member’s rental is overdue on the day. This includes their forename and
surname, their date of birth, their address, their phone number and their gender. I want you to
implement this system to Fred’s Car Rentals. I can also see that a vehicle can be rented many times,
and there are many vehicles available. Pieces of code can be designed that increase the functionality
and flexibility of the standard user interface, customised appropriately to the system’s unique
requirements. This alternative requires that the company has a working computer system. There are
only three entries here, and they are all three letter long abbreviations (FWD, RWD and AWD).
They’re rigid circular plates that have been magnetised, and each hard drive usually contains several
disks stacked on top of each other. All the loans are cross-referenced with member and video files.
This database will act as a vehicle location service for someone wishing to obtain details on the
availability of certain models. It’s like the hub of the system from which all other points can be
accessed.
