3. What is SQL?
SQL is a standard database language used to access and manipulate data in
databases. SQL stands for Structured Query Language. SQL was developed by
IBM Computer Scientists in the 1970s. By executing queries SQL can create,
update, delete, and retrieve data in databases like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL,
etc. Overall SQL is a query language that communicates with databases.

4. What is JAVA?
Java is a class-based, object-oriented programming language

Java is a popular programming language, created in 1995.

It is used for:

 Mobile applications (specially Android apps)

 Desktop applications
 Web applications
 Web servers and application servers
 Games
 Database connection
 And much, much more!

5. What is Blue Screen of Death?

The Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) is an error screen that appears when
something goes critically wrong on your Windows PC. The problem is often a
hardware fault, an issue with your drivers, or an error with Windows itself.
When a Windows system encounters a fatal error that it cannot recover from,
it displays a blue screen with white text containing error codes and diagnostic
information.

6. What is 360 degree Security ?

360 degree security means protect your data from every angle like 360 degree
We have 360 total security wich is cybersecurity Software to protect our data
from every aspect.
7. What is pareto chart?
A Pareto chart is a type of chart that combines both bar and line graphs. It displays
individual values in descending order by bars, and the cumulative total is represented by the
line. The purpose of a Pareto chart is to highlight the most significant factors among a set of
variables.

The chart is based on the Pareto principle, also known as the 80/20 rule, which states that
roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. In the context of a Pareto chart,
this means that the most significant factors contributing to a problem or outcome are
typically represented by the tallest bars on the chart.

Pareto charts are often used in quality management and process improvement to identify
and prioritize the most important issues that need to be addressed. They help decision-
makers focus their efforts and resources on the areas that will have the greatest impact.

8. what is run chart?

A run chart is a type of line graph that displays data points in a time sequence.
It is used to visually track the performance or behavior of a process, system, or
variable over time. Run charts are particularly useful for identifying trends,
patterns, and shifts in data that may indicate changes in performance or
behavior.
Run charts are commonly used in quality improvement initiatives, process
monitoring, and performance management across various industries, including
healthcare, manufacturing, and service sectors. They are valuable tools for
analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
to improve processes and outcomes over time.

9. What is Control Chart?

A control chart is a statistical tool used to monitor and analyze the
performance of a process or system over time. It is particularly useful for
detecting variations, trends, and patterns in data that may indicate changes in
the process behavior.
Control charts help organizations identify when a process is in control (i.e.,
operating within expected limits) or out of control (i.e., exhibiting unusual
variation).
10. What is Histrogram?
A histogram is the most commonly used graph to show frequency
distributions.
histogram is a graphical representation of the distribution of numerical data. It
consists of a series of vertical bars, where each bar represents a range, or bin,
of values, and the height of the bar indicates the frequency or count of data
points falling within that range.
Histograms are commonly used to visualize the distribution of data and
understand its central tendency, variability, and shape. They provide insights
into how data is spread out across different value ranges and whether it
follows a particular pattern or distribution.

11. WHAT IS A SCATTER DIAGRAM?

A scatter diagram, also known as a scatter plot, is a type of graphical
representation used to display the relationship between two continuous
variables. It consists of a collection of points, each representing the values of
two variables for a single observation or data point.
Scatter diagrams are widely used in various fields, including statistics, data
analysis, engineering, and scientific research, to visually explore and analyze
relationships between variables and make data-driven decisions based on the
observed patterns or trends

12. What is Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

APQP is a structured approach to product and process design. This framework is a
standardized set of quality requirements that enable suppliers to design a product that
satisfies the customer.
The primary goal of product quality planning is to facilitate communication and
collaboration between engineering activities. A Cross Functional Team (CFT), involving
marketing, product design, procurement, manufacturing and distribution, is used in the
APQP process. APQP ensures the Voice of the Customer (VOC) is clearly understood,
translated into requirements, technical specifications and special characteristics. The
product or process benefits are designed in through prevention.

13. What is Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

PPAP defines the approval process for new or revised parts, or parts produced from new or
significantly revised production methods. The PPAP process consists of 18 elements that
may be required for approval of production level parts.

Why Perform Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

The PPAP process verifies that the supplier understands all customer engineering design
specifications and requirements and that the process is capable of consistently producing
product meeting those requirements during an actual production run at the quoted
production rate

14. What is Statistical Process Control (SPC)

SPC is method of measuring and controlling quality by monitoring the manufacturing
process. Quality data is collected in the form of product or process measurements or
readings from various machines or instrumentation. The data is collected and used to
evaluate, monitor and control a process. SPC is an effective method to drive continuous
improvement. By monitoring and controlling a process, we can assure that it operates at its
fullest potential

15. What is Measurement System Analysis (MSA)

MSA is defined as an experimental and mathematical method of determining the amount
of variation that exists within a measurement process. Variation in the measurement
process can directly contribute to our overall process variability. MSA is used to certify the
measurement system for use by evaluating the system’s accuracy, precision and stability.

16. What is Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a structured approach to discovering potential
failures that may exist within the design of a product or process.
Failure modes are the ways in which a process can fail. Effects are the ways that these
failures can lead to waste, defects or harmful outcomes for the customer. Failure Mode and
Effects Analysis is designed to identify, prioritize and limit these failure modes.
