This showed I was able to perform well at the beginning at the activity and at the end of the activity.

game I can play to my full potential for longer without getting tired. When tackling I think my

Fartlek training is used to improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness and to enable you to enjoy moving
quickly. This made me think that it was worth it because it will help me at the end of the day. I think
this is a minor part of swimming and doubt even if it was a bad score my swimming would be
unaffected. The results show again that I have improved on the 2 nd circuit which is very pleasing
