Dr. Kumar Neeraj Jha is a renowned expert in Construction
Management with 18 years of academic experience and 12 years of
field experience. He has made significant contributions to the field through his extensive
research and numerous publications. He is actively engaged in mentoring students and fostering
interdisciplinary collaborations. His expertise extends beyond academia as he frequently
collaborates with industry professionals and policymakers to bridge the gap between theory
and practice.
Faculties for this program are drawn from different departments of IIT Delhi, IIMs, and from
renowned universities from India and abroad.
Programme Certificate
• Achievement of a certificate requires a minimum of 50% in the evaluation elements
and consistent attendance of 70% in lectures and tutorials.

Programme Schedule
• Duration 6 Months
• Course Orientation November 4th, 2023
• Mode of Sessions Live Online Sessions (Zoom Platform)
• Timings Saturdays and Sundays (6.30 pm to 8.00 pm)
Eligibility
• Graduates (10+2+3) in any discipline/ Diploma Holders in any branch of

Engineering from a recognised university.
Evaluation
➢ The evaluation criteria will be determined by the faculty. It will include
quizzes, projects, case studies, assignments, etc.
Payment Schedule
➢ Programme Fee INR 10,000 + GST (18%)
a) Withdrawal from the programme will be governed by the Cancellation and

Refund Policy.
b) Cancellation and Refund Policy: The refund of the participation fee will
be made as per the following norms:
Milestones of the refund request received Refund Permissible

80% of the total fee received.
Within 15 days from the programme start date However, the tax applicable amount once
mentioned in the offer letter paid would not be refunded on the paid
amount.

Application Requirements
Graduation and Post-Graduation Education:
• Consolidated Graduation Marksheet (Including All Semester)

• Final year students are advised to provide marksheet up to the preceding
semester.
ID Proof:
• Any government issued photo ID like Aadhar/ PAN Card/ Driving License/
Passport etc.
• Submission of passport size photo during application is mandatory.
About IIT Delhi

The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) is one of the 5 initial IITs
established for training, research and development in science, engineering, and
technology in India. Established as College of Engineering in 1961, the Institute was
later declared as an Institution of National Importance under the “Institutes of
Technology (Amendment) Act, 1963” and was renamed as “Indian Institute of
Technology Delhi”. It was then accorded the status of a Deemed University with powers
to decide its own academic policy, to conduct its own examinations, and to award its
own degrees.
Since its inception, over 48000 have graduated from IIT Delhi in various
disciplines including Engineering, Physical Sciences, Management and Humanities &
Social Sciences. Of these, nearly 5070 received PhD degrees. The rest obtained a
Master’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences and Business Administration. These alumni
today work as scientists, technologists, business managers and entrepreneurs. There are
several alumni who have moved away from their original disciplines and have taken to
