PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYFLOOR EPOXY CEMENT PFC-225-3K WB is a three component cementitious epoxy modified self smoothing flooring system
with a matt surface finish. It has excellent temporary moisture barrier (2mm thickness), excellent adhesion to damp and green
concrete.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
For self-smoothing of 2mm thickness underlayment temporary moisture barrier for epoxy flooring system.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Surface Preparation
Compressive strength of concrete floor not less than 25 N/mm2 in more than 28 days. Moisture content should be less than 5%
and the surface temperature must be at least 3oC above current dew temperature. Remove oil contaminants using industrial
grade detergent or degreasing compound as chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning.
Application Procedure
Sealer : Use a low speed electrical stirrer/mixer to stir the material 0.20 kg-set /m2 ± 5 min (300C)
slowly before apply. Pour WBS-224-1K WB onto to the
substrate and spread using epoxy roll or rubber squegee.
Allow curing time 5 - 15 minutes before applying next step.
Water : Polyfloor cement PFC-225-3K WB. Mix well component A 4 kg-set/m2/2mm ± 24 hrs (300C)
Barrier and B using mixer ± 1 minutes. Pour the component C while
stirring, mix slowly ± 1 minutes and apply with metal trowel.
Mixing ratio component A : B : C = 2 : 2 : 19 by weight.
CLEANING
POLYFLOOR CEMENT PFC-225-3K WB should be removed from tools and equipments with clean water.
Hardened material can be removed mechanically only.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
POLYFLOOR CEMENT PFC-225-3K WB is flammable but does not contain heavy metals in its materials such as lead. Avoid
Contact with skin and eyes. Do not inhale. Wear suitable protective equipment such as goggles, dust mask and gloves. Do not
smoke near this product and use only explosion proof equipment.
First Aid
Skin contact : Rinse under plenty of water immediately. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Eye contact : Wash off under plenty of water immediately. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Inhalation : Take the person out to get more fresh air, loosen collar and avoid exertion.
Keep him rested and help using breathing apparatus.
