This document is a contract between Sultan Guro Memorial National High School and Acmad Macairing to provide security guard services. CONTRACT OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICE

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:

THIS CONTRACT IS MADE AND ENTERED BY AND BETWEEN.

The Sultan Guro Memorial National High School, as establishment duly recognized and existing under and by vertue
of the law of the Philippines, with business address in Bubong Madanding ,Marantaorepresented herein by Moamar D.
DiBAROSAN , its principal , herein after referred to as the FIRST PARTY.
And
Acmad Mcairing Of legal age, filipino citizen and a resident of Bubong Madanding,Marantao,Lanao del Sur
Herein referred to as the SECOND PARTY.
WITNESSETH;
I. That the FIRST PARTY is in need of as school security guard and the second party offers his services to the FIRST
PARTY which the FIRST PARTY accepts, under the following terms and conditions.
I. The contract shall commence on June 2024 and shall automatically terminate on March 2024 and may renewed
upon the agreement of both parties

II.The compensation of the SECOND PARTY shall be FOUR THOUSAND PESOS(4,000.00) a month to be taken from
the SCHOOL MOOE fund for fiscal year 2023-2024.

III.The duties and responsibilities of the SECOND PARTY shall be


a.to guard the school from 6:00AM in the morning to 6:00PM in the evening, Mondays to Sundays
b.to ensure the safety / security of all school properties and premises at all times.
c.To keep the school safe from stranger / outsiders and even from stray animals.
d.to protect the school properties from any harm like vamdalism and the likes.
e.to be always present and does not leave the school premises during works hours unless permitted by the school
authorities and,
f. to inform/ update the school authorities of any insidents that happens in the school premises.
g.That the SECOND PARTY shall assume full responsibility for any loss against thieft ,pilferage ,robbery and
tresspass which the SCHOOL properties may suffer during the watch hours of the security guard provided it shall have
first been established beyond reasonable doubt after due investigation, that said loss or damage was principally due to the
negligence of the security guard.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF ,WE have hereunto set our hand this 6th of June day of ________________in Madanding
Marantao Lanao Del Sur, Philippines.
