JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 Coordinating all site activities involved in structural and finishing works, leading a team of
Supervisors / Foreman involved in the structural & finishing works and gauging the progress
of work as per project schedule
 Preparing work schedules and responsible for timely progress of work as per schedule in
compliance with Quality and Health and Safety (HSE) norms.
 Coordinating appropriate issues with other Technical Departments at site to help meet the
required specifications, Coordinate with subcontractors for their scope of work, check all the
invoice submitted my subcontractors, Supervise and check all subcontractors for their scope
 Coordinating with the procurement department for timely procurement of resources,
Checkingand approving subcontractor’s invoices against their scope of work.
 Monitoring and supervising the work execution on site as per approved shop drawings,
method statements, Inspection Testing Plan (ITP) and project specifications and contract
documents, Coordinate for Material Approval Request (MAR).
 Set out, level and survey the site with the help of surveyor.
 liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and
thegeneral workforce involved in the project, coordinate with MEP team for clearance
 Managing and arranging the machineries at site to take the maximum output out of them

 Checking of GRC cladding and Aluminum cladding. Execution of block work. Execution of gypsum
ceiling work and partition, Preparing the daily, weekly & monthly reports & submitting to superiors
as per the project, job done and leftover work.

positions, Check the reinforcement before concreting and rectifying the job if needed any
correction and Routine material samplings at various stages of construction activities.
