Land pollutions is a problem worldwide.It’s been decades and yet pollution hasn’t been

decreased.It causes several risk of disaster for example deterioration of agricultural fields,climate

change and many more.

QUESTIONS:

1. How might the use of certain or simple technology reduce land pollutants like candy wrapper

III. ABSTRACT
In this project,the purpose of our study is to solve problems within land pollution,have a better
life on future,and help the earth Breathe out some pollution.On our brief explanation,our findings
are land pollution is a big threat to the environment. It is growing by the day owing to the
increasing population as well as the rise in the industries around. Due to the increase in
population and the growth of urbanization forests are being cut at a rapid pace to accommodate
people. Land pollution refers to the destruction or a decline in quality of the earth's surface as a
result of human actions. This could include anything from mining,garbage,nuclear waste,
agriculture to factories, and consequences may be intentional or unintentional. Land pollution
includes legacy pollution, illegal dumping and litter. We researchers thought that if we can just
minimize land pollution it will be a big help.For this we came up of an idea that even the smallest
of trashes needs to be contained.

IV. INTRODUCTION
1.Background and Study
As for our observations,we select this research because we need to help one another to clean our
only planet.There are some studies similar to us that showed they can help reduce land pollution
too like vacuum but our group did it differently.The others didn’t use what we call wireless
communication mechanism and that’s our key for developing our product.What we did is just a
prototype to help humans.For the present and future generation our product can attain higher
quality of life by decreasing the amount of land pollution.
2.The significance of the project
In year 2022 the scientists warns us that in this century as many as 6 billion of the Earth's almost
8 billion people could find themselves in regions that are no longer habitable due to climate
impacts such as extreme heat and dwindling food supplies.Even just picking small trashes can be
a massive help for this issue.We can do many ways to keep our planet habitable
V. REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE
According to Jinqiang Bai, Shiguo Lian, Zhaoxiang Liu, Kai Wang, Dijun Liu(2018),they created
“Deep Learning Based Robot for Automatically Picking up Garbage on the Grass”.It is a garbage
pickup robot which operates on the grass. The robot is able to detect the garbage accurately and
autonomously by using a deep neural network for garbage recognition. In addition, with the
ground segmentation using a deep neural network, a novel navigation strategy is proposed to
guide the robot to move around. With the garbage recognition and automatic navigation
functions, the robot can clean garbage on the ground in places like parks or schools efficiently
and autonomously. Experimental results show that the garbage recognition accuracy can reach as
high as 95%, and even without path planning, the navigation strategy can reach almost the same
cleaning efficiency with traditional methods. Thus, the proposed robot can serve as a good
assistance to relieve dustman’s physical labor on garbage cleaning tasks.This is very similar to
our product because our product cleans also tiny bits of garbage like what the research said
dust.The only difference is it’s programmed and our product is manual,additionally the rolling
mop is not present on their robot.The concept and target is similar but not on the materials and
equipment needed.

2.Treatment/generalprocedure
STEP 1: First we made a research on rc car it’s wireless communication technology and some
projects online that involves rolling mop as the one picking the trash and we added all that ideas
into our product.
STEP 2: After research we do the proposed product and we disassembled the toy car
STEP 3: Bend ,measure ,and cut the pvc pipe for the frame
STEP 4: We made the frame using folded PVC pipe.
STEP 5: Make the container out of beer cans and plastic
STEP 6: Cut a baby bottle brush so it fits in the front of the frame
STEP 7: Cut a small round rubber bag and put it on one end of the brush
STEP 8: Take a motor and place 3 small plastic gears and sand the middle one
STEP 9: For the motor with three gears - put a recycled switch and battery (we used the snap
connector)
STEP 10: For the battery of the toy car put 9 volts battery
STEP 11: Assemble it all using glue/glue gun and put a cover and test if it’s working for results
 and discussion

VIII. CONCLUSION
-To sum up what we aim is just for us humans to help one another to save our planet.Even by
smallest detail like picking small amount of trashes is a big help.Our product can’t totally
eliminate land pollution but with the use of technology we can help our community in waste
managements with scientific way that we called wireless communication.If you would ask us that
it’s better to use just regular cleaning equipment instead of our product,this product is designed
mostly for children and the elderly.It’s optional for adults who can use regular sweeper.We can
say that it’s better to use this product if and only if you want better efficiency but if you will use
this out of sloth we don’t recommend using this because we want our product not to be the cause
of laziness.

IX. RECOMMENDATION
-To others who will have the same research as us,we can recommend using alternative
mechanism and more advanced equipments because what we just did is just a prototype.Using
advanced equipments you can do a product that is more efficient than what we did.But the idea
and the goal is just the same,to help one another saving our planet from terrifying events that will
happen near future.
