Lucky Devil

This subclass allows a rogue to manipulate luck and alter fate. At 3rd level, they gain proficiency with all gaming sets and always have advantage on ability checks for games they are proficient in. They also gain Luck Omens which can fuel various subclass abilities and are regained on a long rest. One ability lets them expend a Luck Omen to turn disadvantage into advantage on a roll. At higher levels, they can alter another's fate by turning their advantage into disadvantage, store rolls for later, and regain Luck Omens by stealing another's luck when using that ability.
