And its possible contribution to


learning and motivation?

:- CPD is the practice of continuous learning and skill improvement that


professionals does throughout in careers is known as “ continuing professional
development” or CPD. It entails tactics and actions meant to uphold and improve
proficiency, to keep up with developments and learning in the field, and adjust to
changing job demands and markets demands. Professionals must continue (CPD)
to be productive and competitive in their industries. Importance of CPD during
professional tenure is. ( Williams,2022)

a) Maintain awareness of evolving trends: - Maintaining knowledge of changing


trends throughout Continuous Professional Development facilitated by
participating in online forums, attending pertinent courses, and keeping up with
industry periodicals and industrials demand.

b) Continue to learn and grow in order to deliver superior services:- Keep learning,
adapting, and applying new knowledge to provide top-notch services in
Continuous Professional Development.

c) Become more productive at work and enhanced:- Setting clear goals, using time
wisely, and developing an optimistic outlook are all necessary to increase
efficiency and enjoyment in our professional endeavor’s while also increasing
productivity at work and finding fulfillment during Continuous Professional
Development (CPD).

Outcome of learning and motivation during CPD: -


More active participation, engagement and a more throughout the learning process can be
the outcome of learning and motivation during CPD.A CPD incentive may lead to
improved knowledge and skill retention, improved problem-solving abilities, improved
skill development, and improved work output. Maintaining a high level of motivation
throughout CPD ultimately makes the development process more successful and
pleasurable. Continuing professional development (CPD) is a continuous process that
improves a professional's knowledge and abilities. Ultimately, prospective results like as
improved work performance, career advancement, increased knowledge, and staying
current with industry trends benefit individuals as well as their companies. (CPD,2020)
