SESSION OBJECTIVES
1. Volleyball players can demonstrate basic passing skills as it is the most
important skill in this sport, with 95% accuracy during the game from the
opposing sides serving line.
2. The players should be able to communicate and increase their ability to
work together as a team throughout the entire game, as this will help the
players understand each other and achieve the necessary goals easily.

KEY POINTS:
- The players learnt something from this session
- A lot of confidence has been gained amongst the group
- The students are progressing, and I can see it when training through their confidence
when playing or training.

MODIFICATIONS:
- Use soft balls
- Use brightly colored balls
- Place brightly colored tape or material on top of net
- Lower the net
- Ask other players for feedback
