Collecting samples from cellar and barrel room by request or for
analysis. Run all normal or request analysis during Harvest some analysis
are required to treat the wine by winemaker team.
Set up the Sampler room for Winemakers, Clean and Sanitized any
material was used for analysis and organize Laboratory on the right
storage. Receive WMA collect and crush juice to get Brix and PH.
Calibrate and clean the machines, refill and chemical are required and
report it if is necessary, report to the manager when is necessary.
