    Sizes /Availability
    • Accumin™ automatic lubricators come in four
    sizes and two drive configurations, ensuring
    they are ideal for use in a variety of situations.
    • Ideal for use on Isogate® knife gate valves,
    and is also suitable for most grease-lubricated
    rotating equipment such as Warman®,
    Isogate® knife gate valve fitted with Multiflo®, Hazleton®, Lewis® and GEHO®
    pumps, Aspir™ centrifuges.
    Accumin™ lubricators
    A push through knife gate valve operates by pushing a blade between two engineered
    rubber sleeves. The action of the moving blade creates both heat and friction, which
    can cause premature rubber failure. To maximise the sleeves and valve performance
    friction must be reduced.
    An efficient way to achieve this is to lubricate the rubber each time the valve strokes.
    Accumin™ lubricators store the grease in the upper seal, which then deposits onto the
    blade when it moves through the sleeves. The lubricated sleeves reduce friction and
    heat, thereby assisting in prolonging sleeve life.
    Accumin™ lubricators ensure the grease is continually delivered to the top seals, so
    that your valves are always lubricated with the correct amount. This ensures maximum
    sleeve life and optimum performance – without the need to undertake costly manual
    labour.
