Arming the Panel

Dis-Arming the Panel

Viewing and Clearing a Fault


Any faults that occur on the system will cause the Alert LED (furthest left) to flash on the panel.

Enter a valid code or present a valid proximity tag and the panel should display the fault.

If the fault no longer exists you can clear the fault from the LCD screen by pressing h.

If at this point the panel displays ‘Restore Required’, you should call your engineer as soon as possible.

Anti-Code Restore
After the fault has been cleared the panel may display ‘Anti-Code Restore Required’.

If this occurs, note down the number displayed (including the G) and call the ARC.

Quote the number and record the six digit number received.

Press h so that the home screen is displayed and enter the six digit number.

The Alert LED should extinguish and the panel should return to normal.

Entering & Exiting Manager Menu
Press d then enter the Manager code (default 2222).

Press h to scroll through the menu and f to select options.

To exit the menu scroll to ‘EXIT MANAGER MENU’ and press f.

Adding a New User


Enter Manager menu and press h until the screen displays ‘EDIT USERS?’ then press f.

‘Add New User’ will be displayed then press f and the screen will switch to the next available user.

Press f and the LCD will display ‘Enter User Code [ ]’.

Enter the new code or present a new proximity fob and press f. If it is a remote key fob to be learnt to the panel,
at this point press and hold thefor 3 seconds then release.

A user name can now be entered to identify the code/tag/fob then press f.

At this point the privileges of the user can be set up, for more information please refer to the User Manual.

Changing/Deleting a User
Enter Manager menu and press h until the screen displays ‘EDIT USERS?’ then press f.

“Add New User” will be displayed, press h and ‘Delete/Change User’ will be displayed. Press f.

Scroll using d to the user you wish to change/delete and press f.

If this user is to be deleted, at this point press f if not press h so the LCD now displays ‘Change User’.

Press f to edit the user privileges.

Changing your Limited User Code


Press d then enter your user code.

The screen will display ‘CHANGE CODE?,’ press f then c to delete the old user code.

The LCD will display ‘CHANGE CODE?’ again. Press f, enter your new user code and press f.

Reviewing the Logs


Enter Manager menu and press h to scroll to ‘REVIEW LOGS’ then press f.

Press f and the most recent event will be displayed. Press b or d to scroll backwards and forwards through
the log.

If there is any more information on a log event, press c and the panel will show the information.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a generic user reference manual for the EURO, PCX and Enforcer range
of control panels. The menu option displayed on each panel type may differ slightly but still follow
the same programming path as the instructions above. If you require further clarity please refer to
the user manual provided with the control panel or contact a registered alarm engineer.
