    SCHENGEN TOURIST VISA DOCUMENTS’ CHECKLIST

    Tourist ● Application Form


    ● A valid Passport with at least six months validity on the date of
    departure from Schengen Country.
    ● Two recent colored passport-size (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without
    border and taken within the last 3 months; taken full face without
    headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in
    accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must
    not hide the applicant's features. The facial image must be between 25
    mm and 35 mm from chin to crown; taken against a plain white
    background with a matte or semi-matte-finish) Please note that scanned
    or unclear photographs will not be accepted
    ● 6 Months Personal Bank Statement (Updated Bank Statement
    Should be attested and signed by the bank on A4 sized sheet
    one week prior to the appointment date) (Suggested
    Minimum Balance is INR 2 lac per person)
    ● 3 Years ITR
    ● Air Tickets (India to onward and Return)
    ● Hotel Voucher / Cruise Confirmation Voucher or in case of Invitation –
    Invitee ID Proof, Passport or Residence Card Copy along with their
    financial documents along with invitation letter (email with colored scan
    copies will work)
    ● Day-wise Itinerary
    ● Leave letter or NOC from the company along with a copy
    of employment ID Card (if employed)
    ● Recent 3 Months’ Pay Slip (if employed)
    ● A Covering letter from the Applicant on A4 Size Paper (if employed) or
    else on Business Letterhead (if Self Employed)
    ● GST Copy and Covering letter should be on Business letterhead (if Self
    Employed)
    ● NOC from School / Institute along with Xerox of ID card (in case
    of student/minor)
    ● Aadhar card and PAN card
    ● Previous Schengen Visa Copy, if any
    ● If retired, proof of retirement (pension, retirement letter, etc.)
    ● In case of rental income, attested rent agreement
    ● Travel Insurance (EUR 30000 / USD 50000)
    Additional Documents required in case of the Sponsored trip –

     6 Months Bank Statement of the sponsor (Updated Bank Statement Should be attested by
    the bank on A4 sized sheet, one week prior to the appointment date) (Suggested Minimum
    Balance is INR 2 lac per person)
     3 Years ITR of the sponsor
     Sponsorship Letter from the sponsored person/organization
     Business registration proof (if sponsored by the organization)

    Additional Documents Required (In case of the business partnership)

    • Partnership deed
    • GST copy of the business
