    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    Family Support Agreement and to obtain the legal services of a lawyer on

    5. To sign, execute, receive and/or deliver contracts and agreements, other
    papers and/or money to effect with her powers stated in this authorization
    pertinent to the above described authorities;
    6. In general, to do all other acts deeds, matters and things whatsoever in
    the execution of the Family Support Agreement or to concur with persons
    jointly interested with myself therein doing all acts, deeds, matters and
    things herein, either particularly or generally described, as fully and
    effectually to all intents and purposes as I could do in my own proper
    person if personally present; and,
    7. This Special Power of Attorney shall remain valid, effective, and
    subsisting, unless otherwise revoked in writing.
    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
    authority and perform any all-other acts and things necessary and proper to be
    done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes, and hereby
