On this month, we come together with hearts full of joy and enthusiasm to celebrate the essence
of childhood in a special Children's Month event. I am honored to be your emcee as we embark on a day
filled with laughter, learning, and love.
Emcee 2:
This landmark legislation emphasizes the importance of promoting and protecting the rights of
our children. Today, as we gather to commemorate Children's Month, let us reflect on the principles
outlined in RA 11930. This act underscores the need for a nurturing environment that fosters the holistic
development of our young ones, ensuring their well-being, education, and participation in shaping a
brighter future. Throughout the course of today's festivities, let us keep in mind the spirit of RA 11930,
embracing the responsibility to create an atmosphere where our children can thrive, learn, and play in a
safe and supportive community.

initiative of our organization, SEGDEN Silnag-Biag .And for this, we are happy to welcome you all in
