What Are Your Personal Qualities Which You Think Make You Suitable To Be A Part Of PGPM Class Of 2023?
A girl born and brought up in a small town, right from school days I have been taught to be persistent, steadfast and disciplined always. All
these characteristics have been inherited from my father who is circle officer in a block, I have seen him working hard everyday and the way
he manages his team has always motivated me to be a good leader.
I completed my schooling and became the district and school topper and then decided to pursue CA course simultaneously. I cleared both the
levels with flying colours and then started my articleship with NL Jha and Co. As the time passed I lost interest in CA and then I decided to join
a company where I could apply those theoretical knowledge into practical intricacies. Working there for two and a half year as an account
assistant I wanted to expand my horizon and before I could think of something different covid hit the world hard and I had to return to my
hometown. Instead of sitting idle and regretting of not completing CA. I gather all my strength and stick to my ultimate goal of becoming a
leader and entrepreneur. I started my own venture. I contacted all those people who were sitting idle and started online tutoring to students
in June 2020. After few months going offline we decided to go online and launched my own application and made some good clients and if
everything goes well it will soon be a company.
Even after all these accomplishments I still feel I had not enough knowledge to achieve my goals.
I still find difficulties in taking strategic decisions on how to increase my client base, how to improve employee retention and increase my
revenue at the same time. Earning a MBA degree through rigorous training will help me acquiring analytical, logical and problem solving
skills, thus helping me to become an efficient manager and thus making my organisation and society better.
I firmly believe that whatever knowledge I have acquired through these years, I can implement those in my mba program and help my peers
to grow and prove to be a valuable asset to your institution.

Back in 2012 I have cleared common law aptitude test and scored 112 marks out of 200. I was the district topper in 2012 and head girl of
