participants. Participants will recommend
potentials solutions that address the
identified challenges. Winning concepts
will receive year-long support, including
cash grants and incubation assistance.

expertise, such as developers, designers, and

differences in culture.
Expected Output

Can harness skills in design thinking, Create business concepts Innovative solutions to

presentation, equipping students with business model & revenue problems

Composition of Teams
• Each university can have a maximum of two (2) teams participating, with each team consisting of

3-5 members.

• Teams may include a combination of faculty/staff and students from their university (Only 1

faculty/staff is allowed).

• To encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, each team must include at least one member from

both the business and technical sides. Teams should aim for a balanced mix of technical skills,

design expertise, business acumen, and domain knowledge.

• Teams may make composition adjustments before a specified deadline but must maintain the

interdisciplinary balance.

• Alignment with Verticals: All projects and solutions must align with the chosen vertical and address
challenges or opportunities within that domain.
• Definition of Scope: Establish clear objectives and boundaries within the chosen vertical. Teams
should define the specific problem they aim to solve, ensuring alignment with the vertical. Teams
should stay focused, maintain feasibility, and communicate their project's goals effectively.
• Originality: Solutions presented should be original and developed during the ideathon, avoiding
plagiarism or copyright infringement.
• Ethical Considerations: Participants should consider ethical implications related to the vertical,
including privacy, sustainability, and social responsibility.
• Problem Solving: Solutions should aim to solve real-world problems or contribute positively to the
chosen vertical.
