Note: If using the Google Chrome browser to do the online training, please set the following options in the Chrome settings. This is found in chrome settings > Privacy and Security settings > Contents settings > Flash Then turn off the ask first option
Turn off Loop explorer 2 download To download the loop explorer 2 software please select the following options.

General Information – (For those who are applicable for the use and purchase of the Taktis Product) User accounts are limited to two logins per user. For Purchase of Taktis at least one person registered for the company must complete all available modules. If you want the Taktis database for LE2, you must attend a practical training day. Learning modules 1-12 if available are to be completed if available, once this is done a digital certificate will be generated. All available modules should be completed before access to the Taktis contact day can be arranged. A certificate of attendance will be issued to those who attend and complete the practical training day at our offices in Dartford. Please Note: Modules 1 and 3 are currently unavailable to complete and are currently off-line for maintenance. As a result, then a completion certificate will not be generated automatically or when clicked. When you have completed all, but the two modules above, then please contact us at technical support, and we will update account to reflect completion. Once done then a certificate will be available from your VR account.
Browser Information. If for any reason you are experiencing issues with the E-Learning modules on the browser then please try the following;
• Clean the cache and cookies of the browser which can be done through your browser settings.
• Try using an alternative browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Edge.

How to update your Loop Explorer 2 licence If your LE2 licence has expired follow the below steps within LE2 to renew your licence. You will need internet access to complete the licence update. Open your LE2 and select the option Tools and then the button licence.
The below Loop explorer license update box will appear.
Check your username and password details are correct and then select check now.
The information box will appear showing that the licence has been updated, then select ok and your LE2 will be ready for use.
If the below message appears, then the update has failed. Make sure that your username and password are correct. Note: It is case sensitive.
