Module Descriptor: This module covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes
required to perform harvest and postharvest operations of
major agricultural crops including maintaining quality of
produce for distribution. This unit also includes proper
use of tools and equipment required to perform the activi-
ties. This unit does not include secondary processing.
