PROJECT PLAN
CONDUCT OF PUPIL LEADERS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (PLDP) FOR STUDENT-LEADERS.

A.GOALS AND PROJECT OBJECTIVES:


This project aims to:
a. promote skill-building and socially responsible leadership towards teacher-advisers and student
leaders;
b. develop traits and enhance rational practices towards effective leadership principles and practices;
and
c. assess and evaluate personal leadership capabilities and acquire relevant practices from leaders
across professional fields.

B.SUCCESS METRICS-
At the end of the activity, participants are expected to:
a. acquire leadership processes such as skill-building and responsible leadership among participants.
b. practice effective leadership among participants towards the receiver of the program.
c. have a proper and well-organized delivery of programs and ensure participants are able to grasp the
information as delivered.
d. captured the best practices presented by each municipality, and
e. empower school especially the youth and teacher-advisers during new normal education.
