As a “Senior Software Engineer”, you will


1. Participate in and contribute to requirement assessment and refinement.
2. Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based solutions for HR tech applications.
3. Analyse, plan, and implement system best practices and improvements to optimize AWS
infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and better performance.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS services.
5. Collaborate and share knowledge with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless
integration with HR systems.
As a successful candidate, you should have
1. Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including some experience with AWS Development.
2. Completed BE/B.Tech/MCA/Post Graduations in Computer Science or other relevant.
3. Proven experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
4. Interest in new AWS and DevOps tools.
5. Experience working with databases.
6. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Node.js .
7. Proficiency in front-end and back-end application development using
TypeScript/React/Go/Docker
8. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
9. Interoperability skills with Azure Services and API frameworks
10. Understanding of agile ways of working and Atlassian tools, such as Bamboo, Jira, Bitbucket,
and Confluence
11. Experience with Git, monitoring solutions and unit testing.
12. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
13. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
