The competencies are “a great teacher loves to teach and to learn” , “a great teacher is chill”, and etc. These
connotations are very simple to to read but, as you go deeper about it you will realized that having these thing as a
competencies as a teacher you can build a great relation to the students and passion to teach.
NO, As a professional teacher we embodies the epitome of professionalism, discipline and integrity. With that,
teachers are making a big impact to the society.
Those competencies are good but it is still not enough because every teacher has its own different teaching
strategies as they have those different students that they’re handling.
For me it is more important to do the professional competencies, because as a professional teacher we are the one
who are shaping every student thru our professional conduct. Teachers should always do their job with
professionalism.
The teacher that I remember most is the one who introduces me to the reality after the life of being a student. I
believe that teachers shouldn’t only focus about the academic needs of a child, rather they should teach them
about the reality that they’re going to face.
REFLECTION
I have this character that I can easily adopt a new environment, however when it comes to patience I do really
have a struggle in handling my temper. But as a future professional teacher I should work on this that regardless of
new people or environment we should always remember that “patience is virtue”.
I must say that “ a great teacher understands that students have a life outside the school”. We not just only as a
teacher but as an individual, we have these different matters and stuff to do in life, and just like in school our
students also have a life that they must do when they’re not in school.
I guess, that would be the “a great teacher is chill”. As I have stated on reflection no.1 I am not good in handling
my temper. Therefore as a future teacher, I believe that I must develop this competency more.
they will always be the one who inspire, the one that educate and the one that who cares about the future of
every student.

A teacher is prone of having problems and stress, but regardless of those negative things that a teacher might
have faced. They’re still the one who is shaping and molding a great generation of the community.
The common elements of action research typically include identifying a problem or issue planning and
implementing change, collecting data, to asses the impact of the change and reflecting on the results.
Action research is a systematic and reflection where practitioners, typically educators engage in a cyclic process of
planning, acting and reflecting to address a specific problem or improve practices in their professional context.

Showing or providing a video lesson can benefit students with comprehension difficulties because virtual learning
materials can provide a virtual explanation to the students
Breaking down learning task into smaller, manageable steps can help students with comprehension difficulties by
providing a structured approach.

Each time we make a significant changes in what we teach or how we teach we are facing some questions : how
can we find out whether the innovation has brought into our classrooms worthwhile? Chemist, familiar as they are
with the criteria for decision making adopted by physical scientists, find this question so difficult to answer that
they often avoid doing the experiment that might provide evidence on which to base an answer.
I can suggest them to make the bulletin board base on the specific needs and preference of the students.
