Who we are looking for –


• Should be enthusiastic about learning and working with Flutter
• Should have experience owning projects from concept to delivery. You have solved challenging
problems and have developed a talent for breaking them down into digestible pieces
• Should be dedicated to learning your craft. We are looking for engineers who want to continue
improving, learning, and building their skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Mobile application designing, building and maintaining
• Building pixel-perfect smooth UIs across both mobile platforms
• Implementing clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that will enhance user
experience.
• Integrating third-party APIs
• Working through new and difficult issues and contributing to libraries as needed.
• Creating and maintaining continuous integration and delivery
• Releasing applications to iOS and Google Play stores
• You will join a quickly growing team of experienced developers building our mobile application
and backend services
• You will work closely with our design team and team up in small cross-functional teams to bring
features from idea to prototype to final implementation
• You will work on frontend and in some cases backend projects to build simple, high-fidelity,
scalable, and thoroughly-tested solutions
• You will create and maintain our front-end development standards, mentoring new employees
on our systems as we grow
Desired skills:

Must have:
• Should have 5 to 8 years of experience as Flutter developer
• Should be a primary developer on an application with 1M+ downloads
• Most 1M+ downloaded apps which are primarily developed by you should have 4+ star ratings
• Must have good app release (100K+ downloads, 4+ star ratings) built using Flutter on iOS/Android

What are we looking for:


• Well versed with translating wireframes/designs into UI using Widgets,
• Material Components(For android) and Cupertino components(for iOS).
• Managing layouts, gestures, animations and lifecycle states of widgets.
• Advanced UI concepts like Silvers.
• App state management and various approaches for the same like Provider, Redux,BloC/Rx,MobX
• Handling networking with HTTP in client-server architecture.
• Experience with integrating and using analytics tools like Firebase.
• Handling Native Android and IOS views in Flutter app.
• Adding Flutter to existing Android and iOS apps.
• Debugging, performance measurement/tracking of flutter app
• Expert in Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Mastery of code versioning tool: Git and your favourite IDE
• Knowledge of cloud messaging APIs and push notifications.

Desired experience
• Min 5 Years of mobile application development experience using Flutter on iOS/Android
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology req.
• Candidate having worked in the financial services industry would be an added advantage
