Should Prostitution Be Legalized Essay
Writing an essay on the topic of whether prostitution should be legalized can be a challenging task
due to the multifaceted nature of the subject. This issue encompasses a wide range of perspectives,
including ethical, moral, legal, and socio-economic considerations. Crafting a well-reasoned essay
requires careful research, thoughtful analysis, and the ability to navigate through the complex
arguments surrounding the topic.
One of the difficulties lies in approaching the subject with sensitivity and objectivity. Prostitution is
a contentious and often stigmatized topic, and expressing opinions on its legalization requires a
delicate balance between respecting individual autonomy and considering societal values. Writers
must delve into the historical, cultural, and legal dimensions of prostitution to provide a
comprehensive understanding of the subject.
Moreover, addressing the ethical implications of legalizing or criminalizing prostitution adds another
layer of complexity. The essay should explore arguments about individual rights, the impact on
public health, and potential societal consequences. This necessitates examining diverse viewpoints
and integrating them into a coherent and persuasive narrative.
Research is a crucial aspect of writing on this topic. Accessing reliable sources, understanding the
global perspectives on prostitution, and staying informed about current legal frameworks are
essential. This depth of research ensures a well-informed essay that reflects a nuanced understanding
of the complexities involved.
Lastly, the writer must organize their thoughts coherently, presenting a clear thesis statement and
developing a logical flow of arguments. Balancing statistical data, expert opinions, and real-life
examples can enhance the persuasiveness of the essay.
In conclusion, tackling the question of whether prostitution should be legalized in an essay demands
a comprehensive understanding of the topic, a nuanced exploration of diverse perspectives, and the
ability to present a well-structured and compelling argument. Writing on such a complex and
sensitive subject requires skillful navigation through intricate ethical, moral, and legal considerations.

Taking a Look at Medical Informatics
Medical informatics are sketchily explained as the applied science at the interconnection
of the disciplines of medicine, business, information technology, and consumer centered
care, which is contributory for substantial and measurable developments in both
healthcare quality and cost effectiveness. Informatics is a compilation of tools, resources,
and methods to enhance greater intelligence in use in regards to the latest evidence and
knowledge within health and medicine. Computers and information systems, clinical
guidelines, formal medical languages, standards, interoperability, and communication
systems are designed to increase the confidence in the reality that better health and
medical care delivery are possible. (Goldstein, 2007). With the use of informatics, better
patient care delivery can be accomplished through EHRs (Electronic Health Records).
EHRs allow PCPs (primary care physicians) and specialists to view patient cares
anywhere, anytime via mobile, Multi purpose Devices (MMD). MMDs will have phones,
embedded health coach software, GPS, instant messaging, camera, music player, and e
money dispenser. The health coach software serves as a reminder for annual checkups
and anticipates the patients needs by keeping accurate updated information as it is
inputted as well as automated programs scanning the Internet or documented medical
service databases for updated information pertaining to the patient s condition and
genomic type. Having all documentation and

Paris Gown Deep Research Essay The story, Paris Gown, by Estella Portillo Trambley,
really inspired me to find out more about women s issues, especially Mexican and
Mexican American women because not only am I am a female, I am also half
Mexican. Teresa and Clo, (Teresa s grandmother), are the main characters in this story
and it starts out with Teresa asking Clo about how she came to be in Paris. Clo tells the
story of her own liberation from her very old fashioned father and the extreme that she
went through in order to liberate herself. I have always wondered how much the gender
roles have changed or evolved not only in Mexico, but in Mexican culture here in
America as well. I m hoping to find that things are extremely better now for Mexican
women then they used to be. Clo grew up in a time when the gender roles for Mexican
women were more traditional and her father really only expected her to get married
and not much else. Her father actually arranged for her to be married to a wealthy man
that was her father s age. All Clo wanted to do was go to art school in Paris but her
father ignored her pleas. On the day of the wedding, Clo came down the stairs naked
and embarrassed her father so much so that he sent her away to the art school in Paris
with money to help keep her away. The article Self Construal, Career Decision Self

Bradstreets Views Towards Male Essay
Bradstreet s views toward Male Dominance
As a female in a highly patriarchal society, Bradstreet expresses her feelings using a
clever technique called reverse psychology to prove her point, her disapproval of her
community s belief of unequal treatment and prejudice against women. Bradstreet
believes that women are treated unfairly in her society, regarding gender as insignificant.
She faces many conflicts and struggles in her Prologue , expressing her opinion towards
women s rights, implying that gender is unimportant and male dominance is wrong.
The Prologue has a humble tone and hidden surprises. In addition to reverse psychology,
Bradstreet uses apologetic tone, drawing the reader in, forming interest for the reader to

As the reader proceeds reading, Bradstreet discusses the prejudice against women,
knowing that if she expresses her true feelings, no one will look at her poem. Therefore,
she says:

despises anyone who thinks that women are better as housewives, and that if their work
proves well , men will say it is stolen or is by chance , explaining the unfair treatment of
women. Following, she mentions the Greeks as appreciative of women, blaming the
current society for the manipulation of women:

Sustainable Development
Throughout the extent of time in which humans have inhabited the Earth, it has only
been in the past couple hundred years that humanity has developed technology at an
astonishing rate. From the early 1800s and onward, the human population has
skyrocketed and advancements in technology have rapidly progressed through the
course of a relatively short period of time. In that time, society has become a massive,
interconnected network of people that are dependent on resources that originate from
different parts of the world. With the technology of today, society has enabled resources
that range from food to oil, to be transported to areas of the world in which those select
resources are not available. An extreme example of this would be the city of Dubai, which
is part of one of the seven emirates that constitute the United Arab Emirates. Dubai is one
of the most impressive and wealthiest cities in the world and is well known for the
luxurious lifestyle, extremely modernized architecture, and can be viewed as the
epitome of a Westernized society. However, the land of the United Arab Emirates is
sandy and barren, and not capable of being used for agricultural purposes, there is no
major fresh water supply, and very few natural resources. With the absence of farmland
and water, Dubai is a city that depends on the resources found worldwide that are
purchased with the revenue from oil exports. Dubai has capitalized on its predominant
resources and found

Charles Lindbergh One of the greatest heroes the world has ever known Charles
Augustus Lindbergh. He is most famous for his transatlantic flight from New York to
Paris. Lindbergh acquired great fame for doing good will tours in Latin America.
Other than politicians and war heroes no one has yet quite matched his fame. He was
a genus when it came to aviation and mechanics. He advised the making and design of
several planes from ones made of wood and wire to supersonic jets. He helped several
countries and airlines by giving them advise on their air fleets. He wrote several
documents of his journeys and of his life.

have no problem flying across the Atlantic Ocean. The businessmen began to promote the
flight. That right plane was known as the Sprit of St. Louis . Ryan Aircraft Company in
San Diego built the Sprit of St. Louis . He gave the Spirit of St. Louis a test drive from
San Diego, California to New York, New York making one stop in St. Louis. That flight
took twenty hours and twenty one minutes setting a new transcontinieal record. Charles
Lindbergh started his transatlantic flight in Roosevelt Field on Long Island; the time
was seven fifty two a.m. He flew from Roosevelt Field to Le Bourget Airport in Paris.
He landed at ten twenty two P.M. on May 21. It took him thirty three and half hours to
fly across the Atlantic Ocean. He traveled three thousand six hundred miles until he
finally reached Paris. At the airport one hundred thousand people gathered after
hearing that he was sighted flying over Ireland. A few days later he flew to Croydon
Airport in London. It was dark when he landed and there were not many people there to
witness the landing. As a result of having few people there, there were no photographs
taken. When he returned to America there were several photographers waiting to get a
picture of him. The press began to give him nicknames such as Lucky Lindy and the
Lone Eagle . The world instantly made him a hero and an international celebrity.

For Mystical Creatures And Humans, There Are A Variety
For mystical creatures and humans, there are a variety of differences that each other
needs to know. For both the development of their relationship in a TV show or film
would be demonstrated as the human getting to know how their loved one survives and
how they would not get killed by them; they would also demonstrate the idea of how the
vampireis so deeply in lovethat he would never hurt the human. As an example: Elena
learns about vampires from the Salvatore brothers, Stefan and Damon, when they both
fall in love with her. At first they try to hide it but later it becomes too obvious to keep
away from Elena since supernaturalpowers came up (super speed, compelling). As in for
Twilight, the same happened to Bella. Edward chased her... Show more content on

Modern day vampire s capabilities of giving and receiving love give the insight that
they are much more human than what they were perceived in previous novels. Earlier
stories like Dracula and The Vampyre demonstrated lust over love because the main
idea was to seduce humans to fall for them then kill them which was how it made them
look like monsters; with TVD and Twilight, self control plays a major role when
vampires are around those they love, they learn to control the urges of biting them and
use an alternative option like drinking animal blood instead of human blood. They care
more about the safety and feelings of the human rather than their own selfish desire for
human blood; therefore they create a more sentimental idea and demonstrate a form of
love by doing this.
The human also shows their love by learning how to accustom their new life with their
vampire lover. The mortal has to cooperate with what the vampire does to stay alive
like still eat animals for the need of blood. They too have their fair amount of work
and need to follow rules in order to stay in this dangerous relationship because loving
the supernatural does not come easy. Elena in TVD used a necklace with vervain
(harmful plant for vampires) to keep herself safe from any compelling or bites from any
vampire including her boyfriend. In Twilight, Bella did not use anything but Edward
would protect her from other vampires wanting her blood. But
Doppler Ultrasound in Obstetrics Essay
Introduction An understanding of nursing informatics helps nurses to implement safe,
reliable care to their patients. The integration of information, data and knowledge nurses
are enabled to be good decision makers (McGonigle, 2012). Labor and delivery nursing
have benefited from integrating technology into the care of the mother and fetus. The
perinatal nurse has a vast array of technologies that assist in establishing trust with parents
during pregnancy. Doppler ultrasound is utilized during pregnancy to reassure mothers of
fetal well being. External fetal monitoring with Doppler ultrasound has limitations for
fetal monitoring during labor. Technology such as the Doppler ultrasound is used to

Education must be provided to mothers about the use of ultrasound in pregnancy. Parents
should know that there have been many studies done to assess the safety of ultrasound in
pregnancy. There has been no correlation between the use of ultrasound and ill effects on
growth, or development in children exposed to ultrasound during pregnancy (Hale, 2009).
Limitations of Doppler in Labor The use of ultrasound technology during pregnancy has
been determined as a safe practice. This is reassuring to expectant mothers because she
will know how her pregnancy is progressing, and can be prepared for her labor
experience. Many women choose to have natural labor and want minimal intervention
with their labor experience. This can be a safe practice with the use of Doppler
auscultation of fetal heart rate. However, other women choose to have the fetal heart rate
monitored continuously during labor. The Doppler ultrasound cardiotocograph (CTG)
detects the fetal heart rate (FHR) and the uterine activity (toco) simultaneously and
displays it in the form of graph. (Bhogal, 2010) The toco is placed on the fundus of the
mother s uterus externally. The CTG uses ultrasound to locate the fetal heart rate. The
normal maternal physiology during labor is for the maternal heart rate to increase to
accommodate the oxygen demands of the contractions of the uterus and to allow
adequate oxygen to the fetus. The expected fetal heart rate is higher than the
