I. OBJECTIVES:
 Understand the features and benefits of ZipGrade for efficient
evaluation.
 Learn how to set up and use ZipGrade for grading assessments.
 Explore advanced features and customization options within ZipGrade.
 Discuss strategies for integrating ZipGrade into teaching practices for
streamlined evaluation.
II. Date: January 25, 2024
Time: 1:00 – 3:00
Duration: 2 Hours

III. RESOURCES:
 Participants are required to bring their laptops or tablets with internet
connectivity.
 ZipGrade account (participants should sign up beforehand if they don’t
have an account).
 Sample test papers for hands-on practice.

IV. OVERVIEW:
This session aims to introduce educators to ZipGrade, a powerful tool that
goes beyond traditional paper-based evaluation methods. Participants will
explore the features, benefits, and practical applications of ZipGrade,
ultimately enabling them to enhance their assessment and grading
processes.

V. PROCEDURE:
a. Pre-Activity:
 Ensure all participants have a ZipGrade account. Provide assistance for those
who need to sign up.
 Demonstrate basic tutorials for a basic understanding of ZipGrade.
 Set up the venue with necessary equipment, including projectors for
demonstrations.

b. Activity Proper:
 Introduction (15 mins):
 Welcome and overview of the session.
 Brief introduction to ZipGrade and its significance in modern assessment.
 Features and Benefits (30 mins):
 Detailed exploration of ZipGrade features, including multiple choice,
true/false, and rubric-based grading.
