I’m pleased to submit my proposal for Web Design & Development.


Here are the details as follows:

I. WEB DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

Scope of Work:
● Content Management (20 hours)
- to be able to edit, add or post contents of the websites such as page contents or blog
posts
● Page Build-Up and Implementation (24 hours)
- to be able to implement page(s) such as FAQ Page & Policy Pages
- to be able to add external pages in the page for leads generation
● Page Speed or Page Optimization (11 hours)
- to be able to enhance page speed or performance
● Ad hoc Content Management Request (25 hours)
- For any alteration or content management requests

Project Duration: 80 hours / 20 USD per hour

Terms of Payment:
● Upon signing of contract – 30% of total contract price (nonrefundable)
● Deliverables Draft Website – 50% of total contract price
● Upon completion and acceptance of the Website 20% of total contract price
● Any additional modification request outside the scope of work will be subject for an hourly
rate of 20 USD per hour
