Writing an essay on the topic of "Analytical Essay Format" can be quite challenging for various
reasons. Firstly, the analytical essay requires a deep understanding of the subject matter, as it
involves analyzing and interpreting information rather than merely presenting facts. This means that
extensive research is often necessary to gather the relevant data and supporting evidence.

Crafting an analytical essay also demands critical thinking skills, as one must not only present
arguments but also evaluate them thoroughly. The analytical process involves breaking down
complex ideas, examining their components, and understanding the relationships between them. This
can be intellectually demanding, requiring a keen eye for detail and the ability to connect various
elements in a cohesive manner.

Another aspect of difficulty lies in the organization of the essay. Creating a logical and coherent
structure is crucial for conveying ideas effectively. The introduction must provide context and a clear
thesis statement, while the body paragraphs should develop and support the thesis through well-
organized arguments. Transitions between ideas must be smooth to ensure a seamless flow of the
narrative.

Additionally, achieving clarity in expression is vital. Analytical essays demand precision in language
and the use of appropriate evidence to substantiate claims. Balancing the use of quotes, paraphrasing,
and personal analysis can be tricky, requiring a writer to strike the right tone and maintain a scholarly
voice throughout.

In conclusion, writing an essay on the topic of "Analytical Essay Format" involves navigating
through the complexities of research, critical thinking, organization, and expression. It requires a

Dr. Moreau
In my third paper I would like to briefly talk about the historical and cultural context of
the book, The Island of Dr. Moreau by H.G.Wells. The book was written in 1896 as a
science fiction novel, but let s look at some of the aspects of the book and apply it to
today s standards in the USA. As it turns out, the book actually influenced the start of
several animal rights groups in Europe shortly after its release. Also, Wells had a firm
belief that some of the things that happened in the book were entirely possible and that
maybe one day in the future we would see these exact experiments happen. Dr. Moreau
takes different animal species and transforms them into human like creatures. He even
takes different species and makes hybrids . A... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The first instances we see animal rights would be in the bible in the book of genesis
where Adam is given dominion over the fish, fowl, cattle and every creepy thing that
creeps on earth and it is said that on the seventh day of rest, the animals are supposed
to rest also. Also in the bible it mentions forbidding plowing with an ox and ass
together because it would be difficult for the ass to keep up with the powerful ox. In
the 19th century we start to see more concern for animal protection whereas before if
someone was found guilty of hurting an animal it was because the animal was a piece
of property . We start to see badger baiting, bull baiting, and cock fighting start to be
looked down upon and the implementation of bans. The first ASPCA which was an
animal protection group that was founded by Henry Bergh in April 1866 would create
the declaration of the rights of animals which gave the ASPCA authority to enforce anti
cruelty legislation. In the 1900 s although legislation was passed for animal cruelty, the
animals still didn t have any rights and we started to see an increase in animal use which
started to lead to more animal extinctions due to over farming. These laws came after the
book was written but I would think that this was another reason for Dr. Moreau to conduct
Stadium Contracts
Wembley

Need to talk about criteria/ funding where the money came from

The Wembley stadium was built using a Design and build Procurement strategy. A
Design and build strategy is where a single contractor is responsible for both the design
and construction of the stadium. The client must specify the type of building they require
and the contractor proposes the best design to meet this, this information was found at
the web address Building.co.uk.

A design and build project allows the low risk factor as for the client has the contractor
takes on the risk by offering a fixed cost contract. The web address designbuild
network.com states the original provision for a building cost was around £352m, with
total project costs of £757m. A ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
cover the roles and responsibilities of the Client, Design Team and Contractor involved.

The first Scottish parliament building was created in September 1997 after a referendum
in which people of Scotland voted by almost three to one. The client, the Scottish
government decided on building a complex building from a mixture of steel, oak, and
granite. The procurement route chosen by the Scottish government was construction
management. The web address www.parliament.uk explains the procurement route
chosen was to turn out to be the most significant decisions during the project, and also
states Construction management offers the advantage of speed but with the disadvantage
of price uncertainty until the last has been leased. Construction management was chosen
not only for allowing the project to be started quickly and the reduction in overall
construction. But the procurement route allows for change in design during the project
and problems are generally solved rather than passed around the separate contractors.

Choosing construction management as a procurement strategy means the client is

Malcolm Gladwell Outliers Analysis
The introduction of Malcolm Gladwell s book, Outliers, is used to introduce the idea
of an outlier. As he stated, [an outlier is] a place that lay outside everyday experience,
where normal rules did not apply. Roseto was an outlier . People and events that are
outliers are essentially the same; they lay outside everyday people or events, where
normal rules don t apply. He describes the case of a town called Roseto in Pennsylvania,
an outlierin the health world. A physician named Stewart Wolf was amazed by this
town, finding that virtually no one under fifty five had died of a heart attack or showed
any signs of heart disease. For men over sixty five, the death rate from heart disease in
Roseto was roughly half that of the United States
