MOTIVATION
The teacher will show a video clip of successful
individuals who have embraced their strengths and
limitations.
The students will Share inspiring quotes about self-
acceptance and resilience.
Activity 1: My Strengths and Limitations
Instructions:
1. Ask students to list down their perceived strengths and
limitations.
2. In pairs, have them discuss and compare their lists,
identifying similarities and differences.
3. Each pair will present their findings to the class.

3. Each group will act out the scenario, taking turns playing different
roles.
