Synopsis : This subject provides the knowledge on construction drawing. The

fundamental skills on drawing convention, industry acceptable standard,
co-relations and coordination drawing components will be inculcated in
progressive manner. By the end the student will produce an acceptable set
of Construction drawing for parties involved in construction industry.

Course Learning Outcome (CO) :

1. CO1 - Prepare a full set of construction drawings within acceptable standard as
per industry standard.

members are required to study and resolve the structural and technical requirements, and to
proceed with the preparation and completion of the full set of construction drawing for the
bungalow thereafter.

Note:
1. The understanding of building structure, building construction, building services, building
material, design communication and CADD, and Uniform Building By-Laws shall form the
pre-requisite knowledge for the students to complete the task.
2. Percentage of flat roof for the bungalow shall not exceed 30% of the total roof area.
