Several committees, including those for ELA, math, social studies, science, PE/health,

art, and Samoan studies, are used by the school administration to encourage professional

development. Members of the staff often voice their dissatisfaction with the Content Area

Committee (CAC), which assists in developing effective areas of professional development.

During staff meetings, the school's methods of monitoring and assessment are discussed, but

without specific details, staff members are left to interpret the instructions (TES, 2023).

Presented a professional development presentation to Mrs. Chanel, Mrs. Manase, and

Mrs. Taufetee, three of Mrs. Chanel's coworkers. After the professional development

presentation, I had them rate it and tell me what they thought was good and what might be

improved. The three coworkers all agreed that they would draw from a wide range of subject

areas to help pupils better grasp classroom concepts. Seeing agendas put into play in the

classroom was fascinating. Of course, they wanted to know how to put agendas into action in the

classroom. No one on staff didn't have fun with the snowball game either.Their impression was

that the snowball game would be a lot of fun for the kids. Some said that they would utilize it in

the classroom, but they were also curious about the specifics of how they would do the exercise.

Advice on when to begin utilizing classroom agendas was given at the professional

development event. Agendas and their presentation methods, as well as when to introduce them,

were detailed. Lesson activity breakdown and process setup were other primary areas of

feedback. By assisting teachers in making the most of their class time, the session contributed to

the school's stated goals and objectives. Agendas help students plan their day and stay on track

by outlining specific tasks and activities. Engaging activities, such as snowball events, may

reduce absenteeism by making children want to attend school. The goal of the workshop was to

assist teachers in fulfilling the school's vision and purpose by making the most of their class time

and giving their pupils the best possible assistance outside of class.

Workshop for Educators on Class Schedules

• Offering guidance on an agenda for the classroom.

The presenting styles and introduction time for the agenda are detailed.

Provide comments on the process setup and instructional activity breakdown.

• Helped achieve school objectives by making the most of classroom time.

Agendas help students keep organized and on track with their plans.

Reducing absenteeism may be achieved by engaging activities such as snowball events.

• A workshop designed to support educators in realizing the mission and vision of their

school.

Ensuring the application of professional development skills in classrooms is the

principal's responsibility. In order to determine who is making use of the skills and who needs

further help, they will do walkthroughs. If instructors feel they need more support or would want

to see the skills put into practice efficiently, they will be encouraged to seek it out. In order to

gauge the success of professional development and its applicability in the classroom, teacher

feedback is essential (Mizell, 2017).

By analyzing student data, Tafuna Elementary School hopes to improve academic

achievement. The objective is to determine what students face during learning, what instructors

face, and how to assist students in overcoming these issues. Findings are reviewed by faculty

teams according to students' grade levels before they are presented to the rest of the staff. In each

subject area, students are given pre-, mid-, and post-tests before, during, and after each quarter's

presentation. Data analysis, finding vulnerabilities, teaching mistakes, and remedies are all areas

in which the multidisciplinary team pitches in. In order to accomplish its goals, the school's

administration strongly supports direct professional development for educators, as this is the

most effective way to improve students' academic performance.

In order to be ready for a presentation, I reviewed the material, took notes, and had others

do the same. Everything was prepped and ready for the presentation, and I made sure everyone

had everything they needed. In order to better assist educators, the author felt comfortable

delivering professional development, responding to inquiries, and researching commonly asked

questions. In order to make the most of the teacher's experiences, I also made a mental note to

address any questions that remained unanswered. The presentation's success depended on the

audience's positive reception, which the author sought to guarantee.
