MICROSOFT - EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS COURSE

4th Semester

University – PU, MTU, MKU, ANM and ALU

Step 1: Create LinkedIn profile –

Students need to create a LinkedIn profile or log into their existing

LinkedIn account if created already. An SOP to create a LinkedIn account
is also available within the course structure excel sheet. (Refer Page.No-6)

Students need to enter their LinkedIn profile link in Naan Mudhalvan

portal which is the primary note denotes that the student started to do the
course.
Once student login into NM portal -> Click to LinkeIn profile

In the below page students need to enter their LinkeIn Profile Link and click
SAVE
 Once after Completing Each Certifications Students need to upload
their Certificate in their LinkeIn profile and also need to paste the link
of the certificate in the below portion in NM Portal LinkeIn section.

Step 2:

Students are required to log into LinkedIn Learning. A document outlining

the steps for this has also been included in the course structure excel sheet.

Step 3:

There are several modules under each Learning Path and there are links
available for each module. Students can directly open the link and start each
course.

Step 4:

After completing each module, students will receive a certificate

which must be added to their LinkedIn Profile. To learn how to add the
learning certificate to their LinkedIn profile students can refer the below link
which is also available on the course content excel sheet:

Step 5:

Students are required to complete each learning path within the

given deadline for each. After completing the learning path, they must fill
in the Microsoft Form Link provided with their details and what all modules
they have completed. Also, the certificate link needs to updated in Naan
Mudhalvan portal as explained in Step 3. The same must be checked by
the faculty.

Step 6:

After completing all the learning paths, students are required to fill the
final Microsoft Form and mention all the learning paths completed by them.

Next Steps

Microsoft Certification shall be granted to students post successful completion of Examination

 Points to be Noted: -

➢ Course Schedule is given detailly in the above Excel sheet.

➢ Final Assessment will be held on last week of March 2024 in Microsoft

portal in college premises students need to attend it and faculty incharge
needs to invigilate the Exam. Apart from this in each modules students
need to complete the assessment to secure the Certificate and upload it
their LinkedIn profile on given timeline.
