opportunity to develop comprehensive plans for organizing a health fair. Students will be tasked with
planning various aspects, including selecting vendors, securing sponsors, designing advertising materials,
and ensuring the overall success of the event.

Instructions:

Part 1: Health Fair Proposal

• Choose a target population for the health fair (e.g., a specific age group, community, or health
concern).

• Develop a proposal outlining the purpose, goals, and SMART objectives of the health fair.

• Justify the choice of the target population and provide a rationale for the health fair theme.

Part 2: Vendor Selection: Identify and research potential vendors for the health fair. Vendors may
include local healthcare providers, wellness organizations, pharmaceutical companies, etc.

• Create a list of at least 15 selected vendors, including contact information, services/products


they offer, and how they align with the health fair's theme and goals.

Part 3: Sponsorship Plan: Develop a sponsorship plan to secure financial support for the health fair.
Identify potential sponsors, considering local businesses, healthcare institutions, and community
organizations.

• Create a list of at least 10 sponsors (must be separate from the list of vendors to allow the
student to have well defined roles of community involvement). Include the sponsors contact
information.

• Outline the benefits sponsors will receive and propose various sponsorship levels.

Part 4: Advertising and Promotion: Design a comprehensive advertising and promotion plan to increase
awareness and attendance at the health fair. Include:

• Flyers, posters, and other promotional materials

• Social media strategies

• Collaborations with local media outlets

• Community outreach initiatives

Part 5: Logistics and Event Day Plan: Develop a detailed logistics plan for the day of the health fair,
