1. Position of shaft switch and upper and lower leveling photoelectric switches
1.1 The position of the shaft switch
In the G15 system, there are three situations that require switches installed in the hoistway:
1) If the elevator speed does not exceed 1m/s, it is required to install upper and lower limit switches (SZK, XZK),
upper and lower limit switches (SWK, XWK), upper and lower single-layer strong reduction switches ( SHK,
XHK) each one;

2) If the elevator speed exceeds 1m/s, in addition to the upper and lower limit switches (SZK, XZK), upper and
lower limit switches (SWK, XWK), upper and lower single-layer strength and slow switches ( In addition to one each of
SHK and XHK), it is also required to install the upper and lower forced idle switches (SHK1, XHK1) corresponding to
the upper and lower floors of the hoistway.
3) If the elevator speed exceeds 2.5m/s, in addition to the requirement to install upper and lower limit switches
(SZK, XZK), upper and lower limit switches (SWK, XWK), upper and lower single-layer strong and slow switches in
the hoistway (SHK, XHK), one strong and slow switch (SHK1, XHK1) on the upper and lower floors, and a
corresponding upper and lower three-layer forced slow switch (SHK2, XHK2) on the shaft is also required.

1.2 Positions of photoelectric switches in upper and lower leveling layers and photoelectric switches in gate

1.2.1 In the G15 control system, the leveling control of the elevator needs to install the door area photoelectric
switch and several magnetic isolation boards on site. The specific requirements for photoelectric switches and magnetic
isolation panels are shown in the table:

1.2.2 When the micro-leveling function is added to the G15 control system, it is necessary to install the magnetic
isolation plate and photoelectric switch as shown in the figure below. In the leveling position, MQG, MQ1, and MQ2 are
inserted in the middle of the magnetic isolation plate.

Note: SQG, MQG, XQG photoelectric switches are disconnected after they are inserted into the magnetic

Second, the slow and express debugging instructions
2.1 Preparation for on-site commissioning
2.1.1 First check whether the debugging conditions are met:
1) Whether the user provides power to the computer room as required (normal or temporary);
2) Whether the fuel volume of the main engine is appropriate, and whether the model is correct;
3) Whether the installation of the pit buffer is completed;
4) Whether the hall doors and door locks on each floor are installed;5)电梯接线是否已全部完成;
6) Whether the wire trough in the computer room has been covered;
7) Whether the metal hose of the shaft lead is well fixed;

2.1.2.3 Wiring inspection of car communication board
The installation team confirms that the plug-in cables C1, C2, C3, C4, and C5 are connected correctly, and use a
multimeter to measure the wiring of each control bus on the top of the car.

Note: The main point of wiring inspection is the inspection of the common line of each electronic board,
mainly JP1-2, JP5-1, JP5-7, JP7-1, JP8-2 of the car communication board should ensure that they are not
connected to the positive terminal of the power supply or AC power. The system should be powered on only if the
above wiring is correct.
2.1.3 Confirm that the wiring installed on site is correct and the insulation meets the requirements of the
installation specification. Special attention should be paid to safety circuits, maintenance switches, etc. must be
effective;
2.1.4 Check whether the ground wire of the control panel and the traction motor is grounded reliably. The ground
l power;
2.1.5 The wire of the rotary encoder should be laid with an independent wire trough of the metal hose, which
should be far away from the power line, and the distance should be more than 0.5m;
2.1.6 Confirm that the rotary encoder is installed normally, (whether the encoder has been fixed, whether the cable
of the encoder has been inserted firmly), and the wiring is correct.
2.2 Elevator insulation test and power-on test
2.2.1. Insulation test:
1) Stop the elevator at the non-terminal and non-leveling position in the hoistway, and the safety circuit must
be connected;
2) Disconnect ZDK, disconnect the power switch (380V and 220V) in the computer room;
3) Remove the input and output terminal plug connectors of the microcomputer board in the control cabinet
and the control box;
4) Remove all wiring from the terminals of the power-off cabinet (for elevators with a power-off cabinet);
5) Remove the connecting ground wire of the terminal relay board;
6) Put all the switches on the top of the car and in the car to the normal state;
7) Use wire clips to short-circuit the terminals and components in the following control cabinets:

Test method: Use a DC500V DC high resistance meter to test the withstand voltage and insulation resistance
between each circuit in the table below and the grounding plate of the control cabinet, and use an analog test table to

Note: Do not test the control terminals of the inverter with a high resistance meter, otherwise the electrical
components of the inverter will be damaged. Do not test the communication module with a megger, otherwise the
electrical components of the communication module will be damaged. After the test, the shorted section during
the insulation test must be disconnected and the removed wiring reconnected.
2.2.2、Power-on test
2.2.2.1. Use a multimeter to measure the phase-to-phase voltage of the power distribution box of the customer in
the computer room, and confirm that it is between 353V and 407V.

Note:
1) Hybrid voltage refers to the secondary side voltage of the power switch that is not turned ON after the
loop power switch is turned ON. Normally, the voltage of the secondary side of the power switch that is not
turned ON should be zero, but sometimes due to induction, it is normal for some power switches that are not
turned ON to have a voltage of 2~3V on the secondary side.
2) When checking the power supply, if it is found that the voltage of each circuit deviates by more than 20%
relative to the rated voltage, the main power supply should be turned off immediately, and then the wiring should
be re-checked. (Note that after the power is turned off, the DC side of the frequency conversion part still has a
voltage of more than 500 volts. If you want to check this part, you need to pay attention.)

2.3.2.1 After confirming that the running direction of the elevator is correct, the maintenance operation can be
carried out. In the inspection mode, the door cannot be automatically opened and closed, and the door will be closed
when there is a running direction. If it is in the leveling area, the door will be opened by pressing the door open button,
and the door will stop when the hand is released.
2.3.2.2 Check whether all switches of each car top safety circuit are valid.
2.3.2.3 Check whether the door switch button on the car top and the door switch terminal are valid.
2.3.2.4 After the above operations are normal, you can try to press the car top running button and the car top up
button at the same time to go up the car top inspection, and simultaneously press the car top running button and the car
top down button to go down for the car top inspection. If it is not normal, it should be checked after the emergency stop
on the car top; if the car top inspection jog up and down is normal, the car top can be inspected up and down, and the
hoistway parts can be inspected in full stroke: check whether the hoistway parts are installed correctly; Whether the door
lock is installed and adjusted; whether the shaft end switch is installed; whether it meets the installation specifications
and is effective; whether the leveling magnetic isolation plate is installed accurately. Then put the inspection switch on
the top of the car in the inspection state, and no people can be left on the top of the car and in the pit.

Notice:
1) When the elevator is measuring the floor height, do not change the running state of the elevator, otherwise it will
destroy the running state of the elevator's floor height self-measurement and stop the floor height measurement.
2) When using the keypad on the main control board, be very careful to avoid entering the floor height
measurement mode (MODE 2 SET) by mistake, resulting in the loss of floor height data.
3) For the self-learning of the floor height of the two-story building, it is necessary to short-circuit the lower limit
switch (F5-4, F5-5), and then repair the car down until the leveling sensor is separated from the lowest magnetic
isolation board (on the main board). X12 input indicator lights up), and then follow the above flow chart to perform
layer height self-learning.
4) When there is no machine room for self-learning, the inspection will be carried out to the corresponding position
above. Use the LCD operator to set the L1.11 floor height measurement to be valid, and enter the floor height
preparation mode; then set the inspection switch to normal; then set the L1.29 The floor height measurement start is set
to be valid, and the floor height self-learning starts.
2.6 High-speed trial operation
After the floor height measurement is completed, perform a high-speed test run.
2.6.1 When the elevator status is set to "emergency electric operation", there must be one staff member in
the car and another staff member in the machine room;
2.6.2 In the state of maintenance operation/emergency electric operation, drive the elevator to the leveling
position of the middle floor;
2.6.3 The staff in the car will contact the staff in the machine room through the intercom in the car, and after
confirming that they are ready, turn the emergency electric operation switch to the "normal" state, and the
elevator will automatically close the door at this time. Call signals for each floor of the elevator in the car.
Confirm that the elevator can automatically close the door, start, accelerate, run normally, decelerate, stop at the
calling floor, and automatically open the door; call each floor on the control box, check whether the indicator
light is normal, whether the operation is normal, the same direction, whether the elevator is not Stop in order
from near to far, can you reopen the door?
2.6.4 Leveling fine adjustment
2.6.4.1 Determination of leveling offset
The G15 system is directly docked, and the method to adjust the leveling is to use the LCD operator to adjust the
two function codes of F4.00 (leveling adjustment) and F4.07 (downward leveling adjustment).
To adjust the leveling method:
1) Place the elevator on the lowest level of the building;
2) Give the elevator an instruction to run up, and after the elevator is leveled on the floor, measure the deviation E1
between the car sill and the hall door sill (the car sill is higher than the hall door sill is a positive value, and the car sill is
a positive value. Negative values below the hall door sill);
3) Then randomly select 4 floors, repeat step 2), and measure the deviation of each floor as E2 E3 E4 E5;
4) Calculated average deviation E=∑E/5; (∑E=E1 +E2 +E3 + E4+E5)
5) If E>0, F4.00 will be appropriately reduced (leveling adjustment), and if E<0, F4.00 will be appropriately
increased;
6) Repeat steps 2), 3), 4), and 5) until the deviation between the car sill and the hall door sill is -5﹤E﹤5mm;
7) Place the elevator on the top floor and call the elevator down, similar to repeat steps 2), 3), 4). If E>0, F4.07
(downward leveling adjustment) will be appropriately reduced. If E<0, Then increase F4.07 appropriately until the
deviation between the car sill and the hall door sill is -5﹤E﹤5mm;
Note: When F4.07 is the default value of 30, F4-00 is used for leveling adjustment; when F4.07 is not 30, F4-00 is
used to adjust the upward leveling, and F4.07 is used to adjust the downward leveling.

Leveling fine adjustment
1) Make the elevator in the normal state, stop from the top floor down one by one, and record the Ex of each floor;
2) Make the elevator stop layer by layer from the bottom floor to the top in the normal state, and record the Es of
each floor;
3) Repeat steps 1) and 2) to confirm that the error between each layer of Ex in each stop is 2~4mm, and the error
between each layer of Es in each test is 2~4mm;
4) Confirm that △E=Ex-Es=0.00±3mm for each landing;
5) If the above requirements are not met, adjust the magnetic isolation plate of each layer layer by layer in the
maintenance state:
A. If the △E value is positive, adjust the △E value of the magnetic isolation plate downward;
B. If the △E value is negative, adjust the △E value of the magnetic isolation plate upward.
6) After adjusting the plug board, perform the hoistway learning procedure again;
7) Carry out the leveling inspection again to confirm that the leveling accuracy is 0.00±5mm;
8) If the leveling error exceeds ±5mm, repeat steps 1-7.
Note: After adjusting the magnetic isolation board, the elevator must perform the floor height measurement
procedure again.
2.7 Setting of serial parts
The setting method of the serial communication of the main board: If it is equipped with the group control
function, before leaving the factory, you need to turn the CAN3 dial switch to the ON end; MOD3 is reserved and
does not need to be set.
The setting method of other serial parts: refer to "G12 Serial Parts Setting Instructions SJG12-037"
Such as: hall call board setting method, car communication board setting method, voice announcement
setting method, elevator intelligent IC card management system hardware instructions, LCD setting method
instructions, etc.
2.8 Elevator trial weight
2.8.1 Determination of Elevator Balance Coefficient: Before starting comfort adjustment, it must be
confirmed that the elevator balance coefficient is between 45% and 50%, otherwise the weights must be adjusted
by adding or subtracting.
The specific methods are as follows:
1) After confirming that there is no heavy object on the top of the car, put a yardage of 50% of the rated load
in the car, and then run the elevator to the position where the car cone sleeve and the counterweight cone sleeve
are flush (that is, the counterweight side and the car The position where the length of the traction wire rope on
the side of the car is basically the same), and make a temporary mark with chalk on the traction wire rope in the
machine room to observe the position.
2) Disconnect the main power switch of the elevator, install the cranking handwheel, two people cooperate,
one supports the cranking disk, the other prys open the brake, rotates the cranking disk, and confirms that the
force of the upward disk and the force of the downward disk are roughly equal. . If the force of the upward plate
is large: increase the counterweight; when the force of the downward plate is large: reduce the counterweight
until it is equal.
3) Starting from no load on the car, put test weights of 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and 110% of the rated load
respectively, run up and down at high speed, and the car is flush with the counterweight frame. When in position,
measure the current of the motor (V phase) with an ammeter, measure the voltage (between U and W phases)
with a voltmeter, and measure the leveling value in the middle layer, and record it in the "Elevator
Commissioning Work Report".
4) According to the above measured values, the upward and downward load-current curves of the elevator
and the upward and downward load-leveling curves can be drawn. The intersection of the upward and
downward load-current curves is the balance point of the elevator.注 :
1) The voltage and current value within each rated load range of the elevator should be less than
110% of the rated voltage and current value of the motor (marked on the motor nameplate). 110%
rated load should be less than 120%.

2.10 Synchronous motor tuning


1) Confirm that the motor wiring and encoder wiring are installed correctly and the safety circuit is normal.
2) Confirm that F0.01 is set to 1 (distance control mode).
3) Confirm that F1.25 is set to 1 (permanent magnet synchronous motor).
4) If using SINCOS encoder, confirm that F7.01 is set to 0; if using UVW encoder, confirm that F7.01 is set to
1; if using ABZ encoder, confirm that F7.01 is set to 4.
5) Confirm that the parameters of F1.01 ~ F1.05 are set normally.
6) Use the keypad on the main control board to enter the machine room maintenance mode (enter the
machine room maintenance operation mode: execute the MODE3+SET operation).
7) Modify F1.11=1, with load tuning.
8) At this time, the operating contactor is pulled in, and the sound of the motor current can be heard, and
the tuning starts to run.
9) When the running contactor is disconnected, do not exit the machine room maintenance mode, press the
keypad INC or SET to go up or down for the machine room maintenance.
10) If the motor runs abnormally (jitter, abnormal noise, abnormal speed), please exit the operation
immediately, and confirm the encoder wiring. If necessary, the A and B phases of the encoder can be exchanged
through the function code F0.05. Then repeat the above steps.
11) If the motor runs normally, please let the motor continue to rotate for more than three circles, and then it
can stop running and the tuning is completed. The magnetic pole angle obtained by tuning can be seen in F7.04,
and F1.11 will be automatically cleared.
12) During the tuning process, if the system detects abnormality, it will report E020 fault. Please confirm the
wiring and re-tune.
Note: When the host uses UVW three-phase rotary knitting, the host needs to rotate a certain distance after
static self-learning before saving the newly learned magnetic pole angle.
2.11 Start comfort adjustment
2.11.1 Pre-torque automatic compensation without load cell
When G15 system uses SINCOS encoder, it can realize the automatic compensation function of pre-torque without
weighing. The adjustment process is as follows:
1) Set F2.11 to 1, and select the no-weighing start-up compensation function.
2) On the basis of the factory setting, fine-tune F2.12 gradually to adjust the effect of no-weighing start-up
compensation. If the backlash is obvious after opening the brake, gradually increase the value of F2.12 so that the
backlash is small enough and the motor does not vibrate. If the motor vibrates obviously, reduce F2.12 appropriately;
F2.14 and F2.15 generally do not need to be adjusted. If the motor has obvious abnormal noise, please gradually reduce
the value of F2.14 and F2.15.

according to the actual situation on site.
Countermeasures for vibration problems in elevator operation:
1) Confirm that the mechanical installation is correct, such as the verticality of the main engine, the
parallelism of the traction sheave and the guide sheave, the verticality of the guide rail and the distance between
the guide rails. Check whether the force of the adjustment wire rope is uniform, if not, adjust the nut of the wire
rope head. Check whether the tightness of the car and counterweight guide shoes is appropriate.
2) Check whether the motor parameters are consistent with the nameplate of the main engine, and confirm
that the magnetic pole angle of the motor is correct. You can manually change the magnetic pole angle of the
motor to observe the elevator maintenance no-load down current judgment. By increasing or decreasing the
angle "3", the angle with the smallest current value is correct.

Usually, when the system is running at high speed, to improve the dynamic response characteristics, the proportional
gain P (F2.03) can be increased and the integral time I (F2.04) can be decreased.
Usually, when the system is running at low speed, to improve the dynamic response characteristics, the proportional
gain P (F2.00) can be increased and the integral time I (F2.01) can be decreased.
F2.06 and F2.07 are the PI regulator parameters of the torque current loop. Increasing KP or KI can speed up the
dynamic response of the system to the output torque; decreasing KP or KI can enhance the stability of the system. If KP
or KI is too large, the system will easily oscillate; if KP or KI is too small, the torque output capability of the system
will be affected.
F2.09 and F2.10 are the PI parameters of the excitation current loop. If KP or KI is too large, the system will easily
oscillate; if KP or KI is too small, the load capacity of the system will be affected.
3) Check whether the connection between the rotary DB15 plug and the synchronization card is firm, and whether the
synchronization card and the motherboard are firmly fixed.
4) Check whether the connection between the large wire and the terminal block and the MC contactor of the inverter is
loose.
5) Check the inverter parameters.
6) Check whether the encoder is fixed firmly, and whether the rotary knitting and the host shaft are loose.

2.13 Switching power supply debugging (Please refer to SJG12-010 for the manual of emergency rescue
device for power failure)
There are three kinds of variables in the brake part of G15 switching power supply: strong excitation current
delay time, strong excitation current and maintenance current.

2.16 Shock limit switch test

2.19 Debugging experience
1. The fault 017 is reported when the magnetic pole angle is learned, and the processing is as follows:
1) Check whether the host brake is normally opened;
2) The screw in the lower left corner of the PG card leads to the grounding row of the control cabinet;
3) Remove the J8 shorting cap in the upper right corner of the motherboard;
4) Subtract the shielding layer of the encoder extension cable (Note: During operation, first remove the plug
shell that is connected to the encoder lead wire on the host side, then cut off the shielding layer welded on the
plug and wrap it with insulating tape to prevent the shielding layer from being Connector shell contacts.);

2. Report 020 fault and handle it as follows:

1.1) Check whether the encoder cable plug is loose;

1.3) Replace the encoder;
2) 020 fault is reported every time the operation is started, and the following steps are used to eliminate them

2.2) Re-learn the magnetic pole angle of the host;

2.20 Parameter backup instructions


After the logic parameters are modified, the parameters need to be backed up, otherwise the parameters will
be restored to their original values after the main board is powered on again. Parameter backup is performed as
follows:
1) Press the emergency stop switch of the elevator to disconnect the safety circuit;
2) Stop serial communication, it is recommended to unplug the Bluetooth debugging module or serial cable
at this time;
3) Confirm that L2.24 is set to 7 (parameter backup function is enabled);
