Project Overview
O verall, there is a huge gap between what we can offer digitally vs what is currently live. We would like to
digitize the majority of the process like registration, volunteering / Seva to Offerings/ Arpanams. Make a
Visceral impact that is appealing to the global audience yet retains the essence of Devi.


he LB team is looking to get more information about IA, comprehension, and usability.

The goal is to conduct user research and get direct user feedback on the look and feel, Pain points,

expectations by utilizing usability testing.

She is from the nearby village, a devotee of Devi who has
participated in many occasions. She is not so familiar with the
android phone but uses one for WhatsApp and youtube. In her
area, the network is critical as she is not in wi-fi but mobile data.
she doesn’t have a laptop. Most of her communications happen
by phone or direct conversations. Sometimes her mobile data gets
expired due to which she is not able to check messages via
WhatsApp.
