Hall MGNT System

The proposed system aims to develop an improved facility management system to overcome the limitations of the existing manual system. It will provide security, reduce manual work, and minimize data entry time. A feasibility study will evaluate the technical, economic, and operational feasibility of the software. Requirements analysis will involve examining records, observations, interviews, and field visits. The system will be user-friendly and utilize tables to efficiently store and report data. It aims to address problems with the current manual nursery management system, such as difficulty keeping track of plant varieties and transactions.

Proposed system:

The aim of proposed system is to develop a system of improved facilities.

The proposed system can overcome all the limitation of the existing
system.the system provides security and reduces manual work.
 Minimize manual data entry.
 User friendliness and interactive.
 Security of data.
 Minimum time required.
 Better service.
 Proper control of the higher officials.
 Minimum time needed for the various processing.
 Ensure data accuracy.
Feasibility study of software:

The feasibility study is useful to evaluate the cost and benefits of the
system requested.the feasibility study tries to anticipate future scenarios of
software development.there are three major aspects in the feasibility
study.

I. Technical feasibility:
The technical feasibility always focuses on the existing computer hardware,
software and personnel. This also includes the need for more hardware of
software and personnel and the possibility of procuring/installing such
facility.

II. Economical feasibility

It considers the cost/benefit analysis of the proposed project.the benefit as
always expected to be overweighing the costs.
Economical feasibility is helpful to find the system development cost
and checks whether. It is justifiable. For that it checks investigation cost,
software and hardware cost, training cost, salaries, maintenance cost, etc.

III. Operational feasibility

It considers the acceptability of the system . it checks whether system will
be used if it id developed and implemented ,and the users of the system
able to handle the system ,whether the cause any trouble etc.
Requirement Analysis:

Analysis of a new system is very important to conduct before making the

actual plant. It is important to collect the facts and relevant information to
make a useful and efficient plant and minimize the risk factor.the data
collected while requirement analysis is examined to determine how well
the system will be performing.the analyst may use more than one
technique for investigation they are:

i. Record:
It is important to check records of the nursery in order to get an idea
of how things work.

ii. Observation:
This technique involves the view of processes involved in the nusery.

iii. Fields view:

This project required a lot of field visits. We visited many nurseries
to get know how things actually work.

iv. Interview:
Interviews are an integral part of my research. It is important to
interview the related authorities in this case the owner of the nursery
to get and idea about how it actually works.
Scope of the system:

 The system is user friendly and utilized for faster and error free
execution.
 This system is going to maintain all the records effectively in table.
 This software is prepared on the demands of customer.
 As database is maintain, it generates proper reports as and when
required.
 Easy and instant availability of information in report form.
 By this system, generation of report is easy.
Problem Definition:

 Nursery Management System has various varieties of plant. Its almost

difficult to maintain and keep track of all day-to-day transaction.
 The record or information of plants is maintain in register.
 The customer bill is made manually.
 The existing system provide daily record of customer.
 The customer requirement is recorded in register.
 There may be change of mistake in manual.
 To keep all customers details manually is very complicated and time
consuming job, it is less secure.
 There may be chance of missing of record while maintaining in a
register.

CONCLUSION
The software is tested and ready to be deployed thus proving itself
replacing manual work with digital help. The errors, bugs and
malfunctions are looked over thoroughly and deployed to Hall Mgnt
System. The overlooked bugs and malfunctions are to be repaired in the
latter versions along with new variety of tasks, functions and updated
features.
