1.Monitoring Background Window Check

1.1 Test Standard: IEC 60870

1.2 Test procedure

1.2.1 Check whether the substation primary wiring diagram, voltage hierarchy diagram, DC system

diagram, station power system status diagram, and system operating condition diagram are correct

and can be called；

1.2.2 The system should be able to respond quickly and correctly when calling various monitoring

screens；

1.2.3 The system should be able to correctly call, view all kinds of reports and control operation

records；

1.3 Test precautions

1.3.1 Before work, carefully check whether the drawing corresponds to the actual situation on site；

1.3.2 Take appropriate measures to prevent a large amount of invalid information from being sent to

dispatch at all levels during work, which will interfere with the monitoring and judgment of

dispatch/centralized control personnel on duty.

2.Remote control information check

2.1Test Standard: IEC 60870

2.2 Test procedure：

Carry out remote control operation on all controllable equipment in the whole station, Testing all

Telecontrol functionality including point-to-point testing to Control Centre,and check whether the

remote control function meets the following requirements: The remote control process failure or

error has corresponding information; Only one object can be remotely controlled at a time; Fast

response speed; Success rate 100%.

2.3 Test precautions：

2.3.1 Before work, carefully check whether the drawing corresponds to the actual situation on site；

2.3.2 Take appropriate measures to prevent a large amount of invalid information from being sent to

dispatch at all levels during work, which will interfere with the monitoring and judgment of

dispatch/centralized control personnel on duty；

2.3.3 During remote control operation, there should be monitored on site；
