    PLACES COVER :- MANALI(3N),SHIMLA(2N) PICKUP - DROP :-

    DELHI

    Day 1 (10-March-2023) :- New Delhi - Manali (570 KM 14/16 Hrs) Over Night Journey

    Distance : 570 Km| Travel Time : 14-16 Hrs

    Between 4:30PM to 6:00PM board the Volvo from New Delhi Volvo Stand and Depart for Manali. Enroute
    admire the picturesque sights of lofty mountains surrounded by floating clouds, emerald orchards, and
    sparkling white waterfalls, all accompanied by melodious sound of River Beas. Overnight Journey.
    Boarding Point will Be sent to you one day Before Travel (RK Asram Metro Station / Majnu Ka Tilla

    Day 2 (11-March-2023) :- Manali - Half Day Local Sightseeing (Volvo pick up) Distance : 15 Km| Travel

    Time : 3/4 Hrs.

    Upon reaching Manali Bus Stop, meet our representative who will transfer you to the pre- booked
    hotel.( Hotel Check in Time is 12 PM. )Early Check in could be provided as per hotel permission. In
    afternoon head on for historic Hidimba Devi Temple Hot Club house, Vashist Rishi Temple & Hot Water
    Spring . In evening roam in Manali local Market including Tibetan monastery. Overnight stay in Hotel.
    Day 3 (12-March-2023) :- Manali - Solang Valley (21kms /2 hrs) -Manali Distance : 21 Km| Travel

    Time : 02:00

    Early morning start your thrilling tour to Solang Valley up to snow Line (Subject to Availability).
    This place is famous for mountain outing and activities. In the evening return to Manali Hotel for cozy
    night stay. Note: Vehicle will not proceed further than Upto Snow Line Barrier due to Heavy Snow or
    Landslides warnings by govt. Along with this NGT Terms & Conditions will also apply.

    Day 4 (13-March-2024) :- Manali - Naggar - Kullu Distance : 50 Km|

    Travel Time : 02:00

    Today proceed towards kullu where you can shop silky soft Pashmina shawls and can also enjoy river
    rafting. Later on, continue your drive to Naggar. By late evening return to Manali hotel for Dinner and
    Overnight stay.

    Day 5 (14-March-2024) :- Manali - Shimla Transfer by Cab Distance : 270 Km|

    Travel Time : 7/8 Hrs.

    Today Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Shimla .On the way to Manali, take a
    halt at Pandoh Dam, visit Hanogi Mata Temple. Stay, meals, & drop as per package

    Day 6 (15-March-2024) :- Shimla Local Sightseeing & kufri Distance : 20 Km|

    Travel Time : 5

    Today enjoy the local city tour of Shimla. Start off with the beautiful landscapes of Kufri (Green Valley,
    Chini Bungalow, Mini Zoo, Fun world Park) & enjoy horse riding, yak riding on direct payment basis and
    then head on for Advance Study, Christ church, Kali Bari Temple, Wood Market, Rani Jhansi park, City
    point, & Jakhoo Temple ( by Own ). In evening enjoy a stroll on the Mall Road, The Ridge, Scandle
    Point, Lower Bazaar and Lakkar Bazzar. Dinner & Overnight Stay in Hotel.

    Day 7 (16-March-2024) :- Shimla - Delhi (by Morning Volvo) Distance : Km

    Today after check out from hotel & our cab will drop you volvo bus stand. Volvo will depart as per given
    time and will drop you at Delhi in the evening

    Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall,
    landslides, political Insurgencies, Strike etc.

    BOOKING CONFIRMATION

    For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below
    and receive your Booking Voucher.
    Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will consider as
    Cancelled.

    Package can be altered/change as per the customer requirement/ interest if possible (Subject to
    availability)

    Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon. ( Early check in is subject
    to availability )

    We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of
    tours.)

    We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

    Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be
    matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.

    CHILD POLICY:
    Children below 5 years are complementary in parents room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or
    children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.

    PREPONE AND POSTPONE:

    For postpone / pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at
    least 7 days prior of tour date.

    INR 3000/- will be charged extra for pre-pone / postpone.


    CANCELLATIONS:-
    CANCELLATIONS:
    If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death,
    accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the
    Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.
    All cancellations are to be communicated inwritten andadvance amountisnon-refundable, besides the
    forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour.
    Further charge will be levied as follows:
    30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non-refundable, advance will be charged.
    30 days to 15 days prior to departure ofthe tour 50% of total tour cost.
    14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost. 07 days to 01 days prior to
    departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

    There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.


    However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the
    Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above mentioned table.
    Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing.All changes will be processed only
    after the receipt ofthe same by the Company.
    The above mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours
    published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any
    third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms
    of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party.
    The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for
    the Client.
