I recommend starting as a stalker (talk to Strelok in the bar, ignore the other
factions in Pre-Zone)
You can change the seasons manually by going into the folder mod_[SEASON HERE] and
copying the .bat file inside the folder, pasting it into the bin_x64 folder and
running the .bat file. Seasons can also be changed automatically by starting and
stopping the game a few times.
If you're stuck in some part, you can find a video by going on the DeepL website,
translating the quest name to russian and searching on YouTube like this:

Be on the lookout for computer cases, they can be hacked for information. And safes
can be picked for loot and information.
Don't sell the dum-mumiyos, give them to the Mayor. He gives 80k for each stack of
4 dum-mumiyo
Many transitions are available, but not shown at the map. Easiest way to find a
hidden transition is by marking any quest objective you have and looking for a blue
arrow.
