Employee Off-boarding Guide

Human Resources
✓ Turnover Company ID
✓ Turnover Building Pass
✓ Turnover Employee Handbook / SPS Handbook *if applicable
✓ Turnover HMO card/s
Note: Health Card, Insurance Coverage and access code will automatically be cancelled upon separation from
employment.

Submit the following forms to HRS:


✓ Two (2) valid IDs

Payment and TAT Guide:


• Final Pay – Thirty (30) calendar days upon completion in global off-boarding tool. This will include your hard earned
for the last cut-off, leave conversion, tax return, and other deductions like government and company loan
payments.

• WESOP Redemption (if applicable) – Two (2) to three (3) months upon separation date. Facilitate your early exit
redemption through Support@Schneider:

Please be guided accordingly for the following items:


✓ Select the date of the early exit case - Your official last day of work
✓ Select the bank for your early exit – Natixis
✓ Natixis Account Number – your SESAID
✓ Select your Company Code – 47240, Philippines
✓ Type of withdrawal – Total Withdrawal

• BPI Retirement Withdrawal (if applicable) – will be processed outside of final pay c/o BPI Trust Management on
the following month from the separation with the Company for the purpose of consideration of applicable financial
statement. TAT is at fourteen (14) banking days upon endorsement to BPI and will be released via check payment.
✓ Employee Share (if applicable) – withdrawal of 100% optional employee contribution plus investment
returns
✓ Employer Share – withdrawal eligibility with at least five (5) years of service by the time of separation with
SE.

IT
✓ Turnover Company laptop/Desktop Computer, keyboard, mouse, docking station, etc.
✓ Turnover Headset and any other Company provided audio visual devices
✓ Turnover Mobile phone with SIM Card (completely erase all contents and settings which includes deletion of all
passwords)
✓ Turnover External drives, USB, etc.
✓ Visit 2929IT (http://2929it.schneider-electric.com) and raise “Personal Mobile Device – BYOD Deactivation
Request”. The SE email and applications linked to the personal device will be remotely terminated.

Finance
✓ Turnover Corporate credit card (if applicable)
✓ Turnover AMEX Card (if applicable)
✓ Completion of personal and credit card expenses (Concur) and ensure your Manager has reviewed and approved
the request in the system before your last day of employment

Facilities
✓ Turnover Building and/or Parking access Security Card
✓ Turnover Keys for office, cabinets, locker, etc.
✓ Turnover Company vehicle, keys and vehicle documentation
✓ Turnover Company fuel card

Manager/Team Lead
✓ Turnover equipment for promotions and demonstrations, manuals, etc.
✓ Turnover Company provided tools
✓ Turnover Official Company seals & stamps, official Company stationary
✓ Turnover Company provided uniform
✓ Turnover unused business cards
✓ Transfer of contact details/ownership of any software licenses to your Manager
✓ Make your Manager the owner of your “Box” folder
