Sub: Letter of Appointment.

Dear Maksudur Rahman,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview, you will be pleased to know
that the management of SMET SERVICES has decided to appoint you as “Manager (HR &
Admin)” in our company on the following terms and conditions and for the work entrusted
upon management time to time, for the betterment and uplift of the company:

1. Commencement:
 You will report to Human Resource Department for joining at our Head office on or before 1st
November 2021.
 Your probation Period will be start from dated 1 st November 2021 for the period of 6
(six) months.
 Probation period may increase or decrease depending on your performance to the
management.
 After successful completion of your training period and if management satisfied on
your performance, your job would be permanent by giving you a confirmation letter.

2. Duties and Responsibilities:


 You will have to work according to the instructions of your superiors and shall perform your
duties as per working program/job description/directions to be given to you from time to time.
 Planning and achieving company objectives.
 Designing job analysis such as (employee position, job description, reporting, transfer, meal
& break, leaves, time tracking, attendance & punctuality, monitoring, increment and
promotion) etc.
 Hiring: Finding and hiring right talented candidates as per company need.
 Reward: Reward employees based on their performance.
 Facilities: ensure employees facilities, make efficiency of work.
 Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

3. Salary and Other benefits:


 You will get accumulated salary of Tk. 40,000.00/- (Forty Thousand Taka only) per
month basis according to office policy until further order.
 You will also receive monthly Mobile bill and Lunch as per company policy.
 You will receive official SIM card. All your official conversation will made through that
SIM.
4. Closing of Service:
 The management may terminate your services at any time with or without notice. If
management wants to terminate your service, management will give you notice 1
(one) month prior to the termination date.
 If management terminates your service instantly then management will give you 1
(one) month salary.
 The management shall reserve the right to terminate your service at any time, if we
find you guilty of any insubordination, intemperance or misconduct of which the
company will be the sole judge.
 You also have right to close your services by 1 (one) month notice and after
satisfactory handover of all documents and responsibilities to the management.
 Your outstanding will be adjusted with your last month salary. If company is
receivable an amount from you, which is larger than your salary, then you must have
to complete your payable amount, otherwise company will not give you no objection
certificate (NOC) and take any legal action.
 If you resign or quit your job prior to the notice period, your salary will be adjusted
accordingly.

5. Secrecy:

 You shall maintain our official secrecy and you shall not divulge to any person or
body any information whether during the continuation or after cessation of your
employment or indulge in any activity affecting the interest, business or reputation of
our organization.
 You will, prior to or upon leaving employment with us, deliver to us any and all
records, items and media of any type containing or otherwise relating to any of the
confidential business information, whether prepared or acquired by or provided to
you.

6. Other Rules & Regulations:


 In all other respect, your service will be governed by the rules/ regulations in force in
the Company from time to time.
 Your duty time is from 9.00AM to 6.00PM. After 9.15 AM your presence considered as late.
 Leave: You can enjoy General leave 20 days and maximum 14 days for physical sickness in a
year. Sick leave will be accepted through medical certificates.

 Your conviction by any criminal court for offence will make an end your employment with
us.
 You shall be the full-time employee of the company and shall not engage yourself in
any other work, profession or employment either honorary or otherwise during the
period of your employment without first written permission from the management.

7. On joining you will submit the following documents:


a) Copy of all academic certificates.
b) Three copies of your recent passport-size color photographs.
c) Evidence of Bangladesh Citizenship- Copy of National ID card/Birth certificate/
Passport.

If you are agreeable to the aforesaid terms and conditions, please return the duplicate copy of
this letter to the undersigned with your signature thereon, signifying your acceptance thereof,
otherwise it will be deemed to be cancelled.

We have the pleasure in well coming you and sincerely hope that your close collaboration
within our company will be mutually satisfactory to both of us.
