ACCOMPLISHMENT ONCE A DAY AND NOT TO EXCEED 36 CALENDAR HOURS.

1.INSTRUCTIONS

a. All items of inspection to be carried out using this task card in accordance with AMM guidelines.
b. The fuselage, wings, empennage and antenna inspections need to be performed on the visible portions from the ground level.
c. The Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) for this inspection schedule is issued through Aircraft Technical Log
Note : 1 US Quarts = 0.9463 Litre, 1 Litre = 1.0567 Quarts
If any oil or hydraulic oil is need to added, please use the brand as following:

Engine oil: TURBO 2197 APU oil: TURBO 2197


Hydraulic oil: SKYDROL 500B-4 Shock strut hydraulic oil: MIL- PRF- 5606H (AEROSHELL FLUID 41)

2. COCKPIT / PASSENGER COMPARTMENT PROCEDURES

2.1 Z210 T/TISS RESET (IF AIRCRAFT NOT DE-ENERGIZED)

Reset of the Traffic and Terrain Integrated Surveillance System (T/TISS)


(1) If the aircraft electrical circuits are de-energized or will be de-energized at the end of the
daily check,
- No maintenance action is necessary, the T/TISS timer is automatically reset to 0 hour.
(2) If the aircraft electrical circuits are energized:
Reset of the T/TISS (1) In the cockpit, on the panel 121VU:
- Open the circuit breaker (2004SG) and wait approximately 10 seconds.
- Close the circuit breaker (2004SG) and wait approximately 40 seconds for all the T/TISS
functions to operate.

Do a check of the:
— flight compartment lighting,
— missing spare bulbs/fuses, replace as necessary,
— emergency equipment for presence, satisfactory condition, validity and correct stowage as per
Emergency Equipment Drawing.
— Check for presence and condition of life vest as per Emergency Equipment Drawing.

— flight compartment windshields and the side windows for damage and cleanliness, ref AMM

CREW OXYGEN SYSTEM

On the lower ECAM DU, on the DOOR/OXY page, make sure that the oxygen pressure is indicated in
Green. If the Amber half frame is shown inform MCC. Do a check of the oxygen pressure and ensure
sufficient to meet dispatch requirements

Do an operational check of Navigation Lights, Landing Lights, Runway Turnoff Lights, Taxi and

Lights.

— Do a check of the lavatories for general condition, cleanliness and evidence of leakage. Check the
closing flap of the waste bins for correct operation.
— Do a check of the emergency equipment for presence, satisfactory condition, validity and correct
stowage as per Emergency Equipment Drawing. Examine the hermetic seal of the first aid kits for
condition. If seal is broken, take action as required.
— Check for presence and condition of life vest as per Emergency Equipment Drawing.
— Do a general visual check of the left and right wing upper surface and control surfaces, through
cabin windows.

3.1 1 to 5

Do a general visual inspection of the forward fuselage from ground as far as visible, including:
— Passenger/Crew doors, cargo compartment door,
— Service panel doors, avionic compartment access doors,
— Pitot probes, static ports and AOA sensors:
— No obstruction (Protective covers removed),
— Avionics equipment ventilation: Air inlet and air outlet valves,
— Batteries ventilation outlet (Venturi): No obstruction,
— Waste water drain mast,
— Antennas: No damage,
— Wing and engine scan lights: Cleanliness,
— Radome: No damage, latches engaged and locked,
— Crew oxygen cylinder overpressure indicator: Green disc in place.

Do a general visual inspection of the nose landing gear and doors from ground as far as visible,

— Gear assy structure including down locking springs: Damage, evidence of leakage,
— Shock absorber: Signs of leakage and normal extension,
— Shock absorber sliding tube: Scoring, damage, cleanliness, (if necessary using lint free cloth
moist with mineral hydraulic fluid (Mat. No. 02-001), clean tube and dry with a clean cloth),
— Taxi and take-off lights, runway turnoff lights: Cleanliness,
— Wheels: Hub damage, sheared/missing tie bolts, AMM 32-41-00-210-070
— Tires: Wear, damage and signs of under inflation.

- - 4.0 FINAL ITEMS

4.1 Z210 Record and review corrective actions in the aircraft technical log. Any acceptable deferred items shall be
recorded appropriately.
Record the DAILY check in the aircraft technical log. De-energize the aircraft electrical network.
Make sure that the cockpit sliding windows are closed. Make sure that all passenger/crew doors,
cargo compartment doors and service panel doors are correct closed and secured. Install the
protective covers on the aircraft as necessary.

Certify that all items have been properly carried out, any associated defects have been properly rectified and associated additional job card has been
closed unless otherwise specified.
