TV to AV157 Audio Signal Cable Guide
The AV157 includes one optical digital signal cable and two analog signal
cables. Two of these three cables will connect from most TVs or cable/
satellite set top boxes to the digital or analog input on the AV157. In the rare
instance your TV has an optical minijack audio output, an optical miniplug to

As delivered, the AV157 will turn ON and OFF automatically in response to
the audio signal from the TV and manually respond with the POWER button
on the ZVOX remote. This feature is enabled out of the box. A weak enough
audio signal may cause this feature to go off every 20 minutes. If you do not
want the AV157 to automatically turn off in response to the TV’s audio signal,
the feature can be easily disabled.
Note: If noCH appears on the ZVOX display, the attempt has failed please try
