There’s a new study right here from the Journal of Sex that involved men using
pumps and ADS and nitric oxide boosting supplements to grow their units. The
results?
“A total of 32 men have been enrolled, with 16 having complete data available for
review. The 6-month mean increase in the size of the erect penis was 0.85 inches
in length (95% CI: 0.75 to 0.94, p-value < 0.01) (range 0.5-1.44) with a linear
increase in size. The 6-month mean increase in circumference was 0.47 inches
(95% CI: 0.37 to 0.57, p-value <0.01) (range 0.2-0.75). Mean age was 32 and mean
baseline erect penile length was 5.70 and girth was 5.25. All 16 participants
reported better penile rigidity with erections. No adverse events were reported.”
Pretty impressive, although you’ll grow more than this following my Aggressive
Pornstar Girth Program, certainly over two cycles of this program which equals just
under six months.
But how do we know that girth genuinely provides women with more pleasure?
I know it’s one thing for me to say “trust me bro, my woman notices the slightest
increase in girth, and has started gushing since I hit 6.1”, because it’s just my

The penis is made up of soft tissue, and the tunica in particular is responsible for
erections, expansion, and ultimately the thickening of the penis both temporarily
and permanently.
Cialis can give you some extra blood flow. Edging (see my ultimate guide) can give
you extra expansion, especially if you add in cockrings. Jelqing can. Clamping can
give you massive expansion (not for complete beginners though).
Using a pump like the Bathmate can give you a slightly different water retention
type of expansion which appears puffier and more exogenous, whereas the other
methods listed above are more vascular/hard focused and build up more of an
internal pump/expansion.

After combining these different types of expansion mechanisms, you need time off
to heal and rest.
Blood flow speeds this up, but time off is required for the body to heal and “tissue
damage”, similarly to bodybuilding. Sleep is vitally important.
Time off allows your penis to realise that it’s not under “immediate survival
threat” and gives it ample time to recover and adapt to the stimulus, rather than
what could be perceived as a fight or flight attack.
Blood flow carries nutrients to the penis, and the real re-building occurs at night.
So night-time erections certainly speed up the growth process, and testosterone
helps with this.
Jelqing
Jelqing with 100% erection is the most basic girth exercise there is. This is where
you slowly milk the penis from the base, up to the head, using 3-5 second “reps”.
You should see your veins increasing in prominence whilst you do this.
Pumping
This is where you have something like the Bathmate, fill it with warm water, and
pump your penis. You need to be careful and go slow in the first few weeks to
avoid injury – the Beginner Program was written with this exact principle in mind –

maximum gains, ZERO injuries. There’s also training videos in there. It’s a bad idea
to try and wing it as a beginner.
Pumping with nothing else can give you up to 0.5’ temporary girth expansion. Once
you get bigger, there’s more tissue to expand and some guys thicker than me can
end up getting almost an inch of temporary expansion. Crazy stuff.
Cockrings
These are just awesome. You can put many on whilst edging and achieve a huge
expansion just doing this alone, it’s also fun as well.
Then another strategy (I personally use both) is to put them on post-workout and
leave 1-3 on all day. Three gets uncomfortable for me, and I slowly back down.
But my “normal” girth mid-shaft is 6.1’ right now, and when I’ve had a couple of
cockrings on post workout, I can quite literally get a semi on and my girth
measures at 6.35’ hours later.
A SEMI.
This all day engorgement of the penis leads to some impressive girth gains.
The short answer here is to combine multiple of the above girth exercises
throughout the day.
Please make sure you follow the Beginner Program so that you actually get used
to the exercises first so you don’t get injured!!!
But combining multiple different tactics is the best way to make your dick nice and
thick within a few months.
