clear and concise.
2. The respondents should be
given limited options so that
the data can be easily analyzed.
3. Two or more questions in
one sentence is advisable if
they are clearly stated.
4. There should be an 'out
option' such as NONE or DOES

5. Time reference should be
specified.
6. Personal questions can
be asked as long as they
are not embarrassing.
7. Instructions should outline
instructions or directions
clearly and understandably.
