Writing A Formal Letter

Theresa Mueller wrote a letter of inquiry to the School of English asking about their Business English courses. The letter followed a formal structure, using polite language and long forms. Theresa received a reply from S. Handerson that was informal in tone and contained spelling errors and irrelevant personal details. As a result, Theresa decides to write a letter of complaint to the school principal, Emily Barker, regarding the unprofessional response and to inquire about their course offerings again in a proper manner.
