Employment is one of the social responsibility that may apply. In business
need to adopt “no discrimination” policy for employment. This means that
equal opportunities should be given regardless of race, sex and religion.
Training and Education in business they need to contribute the resources of
education and training for the poor and disabled persons who can be
potential assets in the community and in the business. Prioritize your
employees' well-being. The "new normal" requires flexible work schedules,
including remote employment. Ensure that your employees have the tools
and assistance they need to operate efficiently from home. Implement
mental health programs, provide remote team-building opportunities, and
promote a good work-life balance.

2. Define business ethics? How do we determine whether a business activity is


ethical? Is unethical conduct always illegal? What factors influence business
ethics?
The collection of moral principles, values, and standards of conduct
that influence behavior and decision-making processes inside a
company or in the context of business operations is referred to as
business ethics. These ethical principles assist to define what is good
and wrong in business and provide a foundation for responsible and
ethical business activities. In addition, it involves integrity, fairness,
responsibility, trust, and respect.
To determine if a business action is ethical, consider its
influence on various stakeholders and compare it to recognized
ethical principles and standards. Ethical issues in business are critical
for preserving trust, reputation, and long-term viability. Unethical is
not always illegal, what is deemed immoral or illegal varies according
to cultural, social, and legal standards. In addition, some key of
factors in business ethics are, leadership, organization culture,
stakeholder expectation and more.
